Check-in was easy. They even gave me a little bag with a small bottle of water and a bag of popcorn. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The room was large with nice wood floors. I was impressed...Then I went into the bathroom. That changed my entire opinion. The shower (no tub) was filthy! I mean dirty filthy. I laid a towel down so I wouldn't have to put my feet on the floor. This morning there was a bug on that towel. The sink still had toothpaste in it, the faucet had toothpaste splatters on it. The towels were clean and had unopened soap bars so I know it was "cleaned" by housekeeping. I won't be staying here again when on one of my many trips through West Memphis.

The room was roomy and beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was good with several options for my family.

Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel. Only two negatives. Between the commode seat an lid hinges was disgusting. It hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Also the grounds holder for the in room coffee maker was missing.

The cable on the tv went off most of the day on Saturday. The guests in the room above me were very noisy”and stomping when walking around. For the three days of my stay.

Convenient location but it was noisy as you could hear people in adjoining rooms and in the hallway and the television did not work.

Right off the highway - this hotel was great to visit! The staff were efficient and friendly. The property was well maintained and the breakfast had plenty of delicious food options. We were very satisfied.

Because of travel delays I had to make a last minute reservation. I usually stay at Marriott properties, but there was nothing in the area. I took a chance on the LaQuinta and I was very pleased. The hotel seemed pretty new and the staff was very friendly. Great experience.

We woke up in the middle of the night to a terrible sewage/gas smell. It was not only disturbing but frightening. The smell stayed consistently strong our entire night at this hotel up until we checked out. We had been driving all day and still had to drive the next day so getting no sleep at all was a huge inconvenience and very frustrating. The smell was so strong it irritated our throats from breathing it in. Aside from the cleanliness and staff being great, all of that is irrelevant when the room you paid for keeps you from sleeping the entire night.
