By far my worst hotel experience ever. The person at the lobby was not precisely friendly. He charged me an extra $100 on my credit card and just said "sign here". -Excuse me, what is this? - Security deposit. - Ah ok, thank you for explaining. When we got to the room, the card key reader would not work properly. I had to try about 10 time before it would unlock the door and let us in. I will report that later I thought. The bathroom was provided with only 3 towels. What???? We are a family of 5. When I requested more towels, the manager blamed me for not declaring the total number of guests. My reservation clearly stated 2 adults and 3 children. He did not believe me and argued about it. On our second day of our stay, we returned to the hotel in the evening and discovered that we did not have room service. Everything was exactly as we left. No beds made, no clean towels, nothing. When I reported, the manager informed that they don't provide room service unless we request it, what???? First time in my life I hear that. Ok, Can we please have room service tomorrow? Yes sure.Thank you. Room service never happened on the next day nor on any day of our 4 nights stay. We had to make our own beds and hang the wet towels on the chairs and reuse them day after day for all our stay. What a nightmare! This ruined our family trip. Our misery was so overwhelming that I never had the chance to report the faulty card key reader. We just endured it. Do you a favor, never stay in this hotel.
