Everything you could want. Comfortable beds. Soft fluffy white towels. Toiletries and amazing selection of quality teas and coffees Spotlessly clean. Lovely decor . Amazing breakfasts. Lovely hosts. Great pictures and quirky ornaments

Very clean. Warm welcome. Honesty bar. The bed was super comfortable, nice fluffy pillows and towels. Very good tea and coffee in the room. Very quiet. Parking. Breakfast was too quality and has daily special. Just an excellent price value. Next time in Weymouth will stay there.

Such a wonderful stay in a perfect location. Tim and Teresa are fabulous hosts! The breakfast was lovely, and all the recommendations given by Oaklands were 10/10. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend away. We will definitely be coming back!!

Loved the quirky room design and the cleanliness throughout. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice and well cooked with good presentation. Good quality ingredients increased our breakfast enjoyment. Just a short stroll away to the esplanade and you were in the centre. Parking on site was a bonus.

Our 4th vist to this wonderful guest house, we would not go anywhere else. Tim and Teresa fantastic hosts as always. The standards are incredibly high on all aspects no wonder they have won the best guest house in Weymouth 2 years in a row. Well done Tim & Teresa. Dave&Jools Levene

Beautiful & well appointed Guest House. Very clean & stylish rooms with tea & coffee & biscuits. Selection of towels. Bed was very comfortable. Owners Tim & Teresa very friendly & helpful. They make you very welcome & provide a great breakfast. So much choice & cook full English. It is a great choice. Can walk to the beach & town in 10 minutes & harbour 15 minutes. We are going back again in a few months.

The guest was beautifully appointed, exceptionaly clean and welcoming. The owners were very welcoming and personable and provided an excellent choice of breakfasts. We throughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend the guest house. it's proximity to the beach and the centre was very easily walkable.

A fantastic stay, even though it was quite short. Cleanliness was top notch and the little touches in the room made the stay perfect, like 3 sized towels and tea/coffee etc. Great hospitality alongside a great breakfast too. We couldn't fault this place!

Fantastic place to stay. Comfortable, clean and friendly, helpful hosts. Bed very comfy and rooms more spacious than the photos suggest. Good parking and in a quieter part of Weymouth with easy walking to the sea and restaurants. The little touches are what make it special.
