Value for money.Very friendly and efficient staff.Love the smaller type Hotel.Rooms are great,especially ground floor river facing. Have been going to Fairie Knowe for many years and will be returning soon.We just love it there.

What a wonderful stay in a wonderfull place attended to by wonderful people. The perfect place to relax, visit with friends or even for a marriage.

Large room, beautiful view with excellent breakfast. We would love to be back and stay maybe a little longer. The setting and views are spectacular, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely time.. Canoed with the kids on the beautiful river. We also enjoyed the food and the beach are not to far. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and play area outside. There are also a braai area next to the river

We spent three days at the Fairy Knowe Hotel in March. We stayed in one of the rondavels, which we found comfortable and where we had a river view. My husband has mobility issues and the rondavel, with its walk-in shower, was ideal for us. The food and service were excellent. We loved wandering round the gardens and their vegetable garden is something to behold! We will definitely return.

My favourite place to stay in Wilderness. You don’t have to cross a road to get to the river! The spacious, clean rooms with a luxurious big bed open right onto it and you have access to the kayaks anytime.

I have known about this hotel for many, many years, and it was always my "go to" booking place in Wilderness for accommodation for the company I worked for. Decided to book a one night stay end Feb 2024, and expected an old run down place. I was pleasantly surprised, it was an absolutely lovely hotel; staff were very friendly and helpful; food was good; bedroom was fresh and super clean. We especially loved their herb and vegetable garden. Well done Fairy Knowe! We'll be back.

Returning to stay at the familiar Fairy Knowe Hotel for three days in February 2024 and what a great experience with the new owners and staff. The veggie and herb garden is remarkable. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
