Everything about this hotel from staff, location, services,cleanliness, the pool area to food was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for making our stay perfect. Would recommend.

The room itself was GREAT! Having issues with my legs, they had a seat in the shower area. The bed was VERY comfortable & I LOVED that it had a fridge AND microwave oven! Breakfast was offered & was good as well. Will stay at Holiday Inn again!

The hotel is amazing and the service was excellent. We booked this hotel because we knew it has a very good pool and hot tub, wanted to have some relax at the holidays. Unfortunately hot tub was out of order and no repairs during our stay. Hot Breakfast was very good and they keep filling till last moment. Great team in the restaurant.
We asked for late check out and was granted without any issue. Excellent service team. Thank you

Old and run down. Bugs and roaches in bathroom and bedroom. Complained and from desk provided breakfast vouchers, so that was nice.

The overall stay was ok. Beside my room phone not working and having to order a movie twice just to watch it on both tv was not a good experience. My kids was only allowed to enjoy the pool the first night the second day the pool was closed for maintenance(they said) but I believe it was closed because the low occupancy. The convention people that was there first night we arrived left the night morning so they didn’t open the pool for the remainder guests

While not visibly dirty, it didnt feel clean either. There was an unpleasant odor like perfume trying to hide cigarette smoke in the room and the carpet felt sticky. There were no tissues in the room, which was a problem for my 5yr old with a very runny nose. But, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. For the price, it was fine. But, I would probably pay more to go somewhere else next time.

My wife found baby cockroaches in the room and the pool was closed without notice. Elevator were also not working and caused us to carry luggage up multiple flights of stairs.
