Beautiful property. Has several amenities for the family. There is a family pool hot tub and adult pool. A great game room, on site mini golf, jumbo checkers and chess, ping pong, corn hole, movie room and scheduled events. The site is a timeshare type property so dont be surprised when they ask you to attend a presentation. We did not attend as we were from the west coast and the opportunity would not suit us. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit/condo. It was perfect, staff was friendly and replaced toiletries as doon as we requested them. The kitchen had everything we needed.we would definitely recommend this site to anyone we know traveling to the area.

ACTIVITY Fee when not much activity and on day of arrival should not charge when checking in at 4pm.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and responsive to requests. The pool was nice.
Some odd items to me: no hand towels for the bathrooms in the rooms. Also, the dishwasher in our room was definitely old and a little beaten up. Could use some updates.
Overall it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful resort. Amenities are free including those in the room. Parking was also quite convenient, but the best was the check in and out. Very fast and hassle free. This was definitely a good resort to choose when visiting Williamsburg.

Everything was clean and smelling good and fresh when we arrived. The receptionist was pleasant as well.

Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing.

Knowing this was a timeshare rental we went in with what I thought were realistic expectations. We arrived at night and there was no signage for our building (luckily an employee was on the grounds and he was able to direct me - the sign was hung the second day of our stay). Our room also had a HEAVY smell of cigarette smoke. The windows and mirrors had handprints all over them and I found a large hairball in our bed. I would not stay here again.

Kitchen and bathroom were wonderfully renovated. Peaceful and the full kitchen served us well and very clean. Highly recommend.

It was a very quiet place, and we had a good time. Kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. Service for 8.
Cabinets were dated. Dining room chairs are not tall enough for table! I felt like I was a kid sitting at the table.
