Nice location, great breakfast, good price. We hade to switch rooms three times. First one due to heavy cigarette smell in the carpets and walls. Second room hadn't been cleaned with dirty dishes and no new linens and towels. Third room we got we stayed it too hadn't had the beds made. The rooms are nice but the service and willingness to remedy the terrible check in procedure by the staff was the worst I've ever encountered. Loud sighs and stating "this is not my job". It sure as h e double l isn't the customer's job to make the beds or do the dishes. Other than that, good stay. But the initial welcome kind of soured the whole stay.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, a small kids room with toys and spacious room for family with children and proper beds for all 4 of us. It has a small cooktop, kettle and coffee machine. Also toiletries for the bathroom

We like this hotel and visit it at least once per year. It is located not far from our place, so it is very convenient to spend short vacations there. For a reasonable price, you get a small apartment, with two sleeping rooms, a living room, and a small kitchen. There is a sauna and swimming pool in the hotel. The hotel is situated in a wonderful region of Germany with various possible outdoor activities (hiking, biking, skiing, etc.).

Great stay for my family. We had a one day visit at the hotel, and enjoyed the facilities. Room was large and clean, but a bit old. Super friendly staff and the breakfast was great with a large selection

We had a Nice holiday at your place. The food was very Nice, it was various and there was plenty of it. We slept very Well in the beds, and there was a lot of space in the Roms, everything worked out the TV the shower. We like that it was all clean and Nice

We really enjoyed how easy it was to get to the car, pool, breakfast buffet. Adult and 3 kids, enjoyed the room set up.

This reasonable modern hotel is in a fantastic location, not too far from the village of Usseln. It was good value for money. The staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast and dinner had enough choice for everyone. Heel fijn dat er veel parkeer gelegenheid was.

Wir waren schon mehrmals bei Ihnen und kommen gerne bald wieder ins Hotel. Ich hoffe, dass Preis-Leistung, Service und Angebot so bleiben wie sie sind. Wir wollen nicht weniger als jetzt, benötigen aber auch nicht mehr zu höherem Preis. Bleibt so, dann ist es für Familien optimal.
