This is our 2nd time staying here. They staff is courteous. Our room was so clean. You could smell the clean and you walked in the door. We also love that there are restaurants within walking distance

Check in was easy. Front staff friendly and welcoming. The lobby is clean and looks nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Space for suitcases to open and unpack. Plenty of closet space. Bathroom was private. Dove products including lotion. Safe parking. We will stay here again!

Check in was exceptional and minus 1 thing it was a great stay. Our bathroom sink was EXTREMELY slow to drain, so we had to use the shower for any water we needed instead of the sink.

It was an amazing stay. Staff is very friendly, hotel was very clean. Room was very comfy. Overall stay was great.

The hotel could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty and needed a good shampoo and vacuum. I was a little disappointed to see filth floors.
The front desk people were extremely nice.

Leticia (front desk) was friendly and professional. Checked us in quickly. When we entered our room, it didn’t not look like it had been cleaned. There was leftover spaghetti and drinks in the fridge and a bag of fruit and crackers on the desk. The attached soap bottles in the shower had not been cleaned. There was a residue buildup around and under them. We did have fresh towels and sheets. We did notify the front desk and they said they would address. Property otherwise was clean and convenient to amenities that we needed and all staff pleasant and friendly.

Lady that checked me in was not friendly assumed I was a delivery person then proceeded to not give me the bed I requested in my reservation. This used to be our go to hotel for business in San Antonio and I’m afraid that was the last stay at this hotel.
