When arrived for check in passed 3pm they had me wait in the lobby for more then 10mins as the room wasn’t marked off as clean and the cleaning staff was on break and wouldn’t confirm clean room so front staff had to get another employee. The room had electrical shortages and when watching tv and either you turn a light on or the heat kicks in and out it surges the power and tv goes black and lights flash. Very unsafe and when advised nothing was done. Coffee machine in lobby I pressed the hot chocolate and it came out just as hot water. Hot tub jets were also not working properly and the temperature of the hot tub water was like sitting in a bath tub not nearly as hot as it should be. Very disappointed and will not be going back

Comfortable stay prior to vacation. Staff was informative and courteous. Security Door latch was brken off. Also the shuttle we booked to the airport never rerurned from the previous run so we had to cab to the airport...otherwise it was ok.

Overnight stay after a trip. Flight over 3 hours late. Check in staff gave us some snacks as restaurants were not open

When checking in it was fairly smooth. However it was very hard to understand the clerk as she spoke very soft and had a thick accent. Kids were running around and very loud (thinking maybe a hockey tournament?). The pool was a nice touch but was small and thus packed with people. Adults were drinking alcohol in the pool area and so we didn’t feel it was safe/appropriate for our young children to swim. The beds were comfortable with nice clean bathroom and the pillows were nice and fluffy. When booking room we were under the impression that there was a continental breakfast but no not included. However, there was a restaurant attached to the hotel (very over priced) but the food was pretty decent.

We stayed here the night before a flight out of Winnipeg. Staff were helpful in getting us an airport shuttle. And it’s nice and close to the airport. Pretty quiet hotel from what we noticed. Would go again for a similar situation.

It’s a good enough hotel for one night stay. Fast check in process. Thin walls. Bit over priced for the quality.

Outside looked clean, inside was grungy. I had called ahead to order my hubby some food but the confused front desk staff was unhelpful and told me they didn’t do room service. When my husband asked later at 330am where the food was, they lied and said it was because I didn’t leave my credit card. Would’ve been nice if they’d told me that. We frequently stay in Winnipeg but we won’t be staying here.

My stay here was what I expected. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. We were promptly assisted when we called the front desk for more towels. My only complaint was the hot tub, it was lukewarm at most. I would stay here again!
