Central location, perfect for business trip. Food at the dine-in and restaurant was very good

設施老舊，電梯奪命驚魂，瞬間移動嚇人。 酒店 沒有免費停車場，需要自己開車到酒店後面的公共停車場一晚14，我車太高了開不進去，衹能買valet parking，流浪漢挺多的，不敢停街邊。

這個酒店比較老，與其它費爾蒙酒店相比算差的，酒店的位置不好找，從酒店到附近超市要走地下通道，特別不六便

Check in time is not accurate. I was here an hour AFTER check in time and was told my room was not ready and would have to wait. Most people have plans and can’t wait around for a room to be ready.

The room we stayed in was looking a little tired, in need of a refresh. Bathroom cabinet was water stained, carpet wore. There was no hot water at 10am, lukewarm shower. Ice maker on our floor was broken. The bed was nice and linens good. The staff very helpful and location is good.

Never Again! From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out! Brutal experience. I get a better service at a Day's Inn Hotel! Not one time did they even as how my stay is going after my crappy 1st room. I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. I had to turn the heat up to +27 degress to even get some sort of heat. Had to run the shower for 10 min to even get hot water. They are not environmentally focused.

Older bathroom & elevators
The staff were all excellent
Bathroom is fine it just needs an update. Otherwise very suitable. The elevators require refreshing. The wood is older and worn
