I dont usually leave reviews, but this was the worst experience for us. My family booked 2 nights at this horrible hotel. If I can give it ZERO stars, I would. We booked the family room with balcony and kitchenette. The room was 26 Celsius when we checked in, we asked Panta the guy at front desk to come up to our room to see why the room was so hot. The whole hotel was cool except our room. He opened the ceiling where the vent was and said it was closed, but its open now and the room should cool. NOPE, it was 26.5 Celsius all night it felt like a sauna. The reception isn't 24hrs, so we were stuck in misery until the next morning. We decided we wanted to check out in the morning. Upon checking out, Panta said he can move us to a lower level room where its much cooler because the upper level rooms are really hot. What?! He just admitted that he knew the room we were in was hot and let us to suffer all night when he should've offered us a better room when we checked in. I don't like dishonesty and fooling people for their money. Panta said he was going to talk to management about giving us a refund. We requested a refund for the second night we didn't stay and the breakfasts we prepaid for. I have email the hotel, called the hotel, messaged a complaint through *********** and ultimately the hotel refuses to refund us a penny. We have been taken advantage of. I hope this review will help other families decide whether they want to take a chance staying here.
