Natura Treescape Resort

I was a little nervous after reading some other reviews but we had a great experience! Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Our room was clean and the beds are super comfortable! The only issue we had were that the walls are thin so you definitely can hear your neighbors. Even though we went in off season they gave us resort tickets to use at a later date. We will absolutely come back and stay again.

As with every other place in the Wisconsin Dells, the fine print 'resort fees' are a crock! But other than that, the property was really nice. The staff was super helpful and attentive. More so than expected. It was a really nice perk to allow us to use the amenities of their other properties. The pool was REALLY cold for this time of year.

They did not leave the room number on the key on after hour pick up and upon arrival there was no soap in the dispensers

Checked in webt to room and sink wouldn't empty. Called front desk, they said theyd send someone right up. Waited a while, went to desk found out i wasn't actually fully checked in.. it was fixed. Lots of what looked like teenagers running around loud and unattended. No room in hot tub due to parents with very small children inside. Room was comfortable. Great place in the summer.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst place I’ve ever stayed! They also charge $40 extra per night as “resort fee”. This place was so loud, dirty, and overall so bad I was going to eat the cost and leave in the middle of our stay to go ANYWHERE else. Looked decent on the app but definitely not what we were expecting.

Power went out when I was there. I was unable to finish work assignments I had due to this while I was traveling. I ended up getting locked out of my room until the power came back on after midnight, it was extremely noisy and no sound proofing inside the rooms. When I checked in there was a list of other guests emails written on a piece of paper which I have never seen before at other hotels.

Booked 2 treehouses for 6 of us. Was not told until check in that the treehouses are seasonal. VERY disappointed. There for a tournament and 4 other families booked based off my suggestion. Could've booked a different hotel for cheaper and same pool amenities. Both of our rooms didn't have shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers in their showers. The staff spoke broken English and communication wasn't overly friendly. Was going to book again for upcoming trip in April but changing our mind due to the lack of clarity and supplies that should've been present.

The beds were quite comfortable and I slept really good. However the downside is that the AC machines are quite loud. Even when ours was not running, I could hear other machines running from adjacent rooms. If you are an extremely light sleeper, this would definitely interrupt your sleep.

I’m not one for writing bad reviews for businesses. However, from the moment we stepped foot in this establishment the day of check in, we were met by two extremely rude women at the front desk. One claims to be a manager but no manager I’ve ever met is as ignorant and downright disrespectful to guests the way this woman was. The receptionist was equally unpleasant, told me they don’t take Apple Pay (they do) and did not know how to do her job at all. The rooms were not worth the price. Our security lock meant to keep US secure in our room was completely missing from the door. Holes exposed where it once was. The toilet had some kind of sandy residue in it. Clear tell-all that it had not been scrubbed prior to our stay. Shower drain didn’t work properly so any shower taken, you were standing in several inches of dirty shower water. There was a hole in our wall and several extremely loose outlets… unsafe, not to code, and unusable as chargers wouldn’t even stay physically plugged into them anyhow. The building quality in general is very cheap, the elevator is sketchy, and the main door at entrance 2 never securely closed. To make matters worse, the city experienced a power outage for several hours our finally night there and someone who had physical keys to the building (GM maybe?) told us the reason the second and first floor had power but the third floor didn’t was because the third floor didn’t have backup generators set up for it, where the other floors did.
