We really enjoyed our 2 nights at Travelodge Worcester. The hotel is central to all attractions and great for shopping. The rooms were tidy, the beds were comfortable, all staff we encountered we pleasant and helpful. A special mention to the hotel restaurant, which is a very good, immaculately clean and tidy space. We signed up for all you can eat breakfast, and a special thanks to Chelsea and Hayley for being so welcoming (and for cooking a mean tasty breakfast). We will be back.

We booked as a pit stop for a long journey with a young baby. We were left disappointed as the cot bed they provided was dirty, I expect wear and tear but this was unsuitable for use. Reception staff were also unavailable for a long time and could have been more apologetic. Location is fab though - central with lots of shops and food options. We had a room on the 5th floor and the views were amazing. No issues with noise but it was a Thursday night.

Had a great stay, the staff were lovely and helpful. In particular, Michelle, Amanda, and Kate. We had the breakfast in the morning, which was great, and we also had a really nice room which had an amazing view of the cathedral. Overall, a great stay.

The initial meet & greet when we arrive was 10/10. The receptionist was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Guiding us on everything we needed to know. We had one issue with the bed linen - we asked housekeeping for a change of bed linen, which was no problem at all. Our stay was first class.

We can not praise them enough. They made our stay comfortable and were amazing with the Grandchildren. We will be back.

Being located in the heart of Worcester city centre I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was. It was located well above the busy high street on a friday/Saturday night. There were plenty of places to eat and drink. Parking was in the NCP car park (a little pricy!). A great warm welcome by the staff.

Booked less than 2 hours before arriving, had intended to stay at a campsite during my cycle of LEJOG, forecast of rain and it being a Sunday night, Travelodge seemed best option. I arrived just after 10pm, staff members Michelle, Tom and Charline were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They talked me through all the important details and went out of their way to get me some soya milk so I could have a cuppa before bed.
