The hotel was clean and comfortable. We arrived 30 minutes before the check in and had to wait for half an hour. The receptionist didn’t offer to store our luggage so we waited in the bar. The bar was pleasant and well priced. One room, unfortunately, lacked a shower curtain but was replaced once we had mentioned it. It was very well placed for the city centre and site seeing.

The hotel itself is okay. The beds are comfortable and the food is great. The only one proviso though, is that the Internet connection is a little difficult too. My suggestion is that you try and connect with the Premier Inn Free Wi-Fi if you can. The Premier Inn is trying to resolve this problem. Best of luck with this.

Having arrived an hour earlier than our 3 o clock check in time we asked if we could check in to save us hanging around, was told yes , the girl on reception proceeded with this then informed us of a £10 fee instead of telling us beforehand. The room itself was a typical premier inn room. After our day out in Worcester we arrived back at the hotel and we didn’t notice until the next morning the blood stains on the sheet, surely this should have been seen by the housekeepers!! Also there were water marks and cracking paint on the ceilings. Besides this it was a comfy bed but the room a tad tatty. I informed the lady on reception about the stain issue and she refunded the £10 promptly and apologised. This hotel lets the premier inn reputation down as we have stayed in others and they were impeccable.

Parking was £18 for 2 nights which wasn't bad. Check in without staf was easy. Room typical premier inn. Can tell its getting tired in some places but not an issue, everything functioned. Wish they didn't use nescafe for coffee sachets. Didn't have the food on site. Slept well. Good shower.

Lovely warm welcome, hotel had great views over cricket field - even though it was flooded. Booked a premier plus room thinking we would pay extra for a little bit extra but the room needed a lot of TLC. There was issues from old water damage on ceiling, very dusty around fridge and by kettle even glasses were dusty, stains on bedding and carpet, door to bathroom was dirty and needed a good clean and also the glass shower screen in bathroom needed to be cleaned on the seal as it was brown. Air conditioning/ heating was extremely noisy even if we didn’t have it on. Added breakfast on arrival and it was lovely, service was great from checking in to checking out.

Convenient for the cricket ground, which was displaying the Worcester Waddle fundraiser. Good central location. Usual high standard of service, cleanliness and comfort. Car parking on this occasion was available outside the hotel, rather than the multi-storey.

This hotel is really nice in terms of location, and it is quite a novelty to wake up to the view of a cricket pitch! Our room was quite nice, but the AC didn’t go as low as it usually does, so the room was warmer than we would like. Staff were absolutely amazing as with most premier inns! Would recommend if looking for a classic Premier Inn experience.

Enjoyed a two night stay here for a weekend in Worcester to enjoy the history and watch a band at The Swan Theatre. Ideally situated at the foot of the historic Worcester Bridge and River Severn it is just a short walk to what is a great city centre. Parking next to the Premier is independent but pricey so we booked a two night 'Just Park' at Asda. Our rooms were the budget ones which were just fine and up to standard. The restaurant overlooks the county cricket ground although there was no match on when we stayed. Breakfast is the usual good value but sadly the plates were a tad cold for the cooked items. Shame as it really is the only thing that let it down.
