Stayed here before, so more than happy to come back. The hotel is in a great location with clean, comfortable rooms, excellent staff and a great breakfast. Parking is an added bonus, but a little tight to move around, although no issue.

All fine and as expected. Staff very pleasant room clean and comfortable. Didn't eat there but was served a drink.

We came in for breakfast and it was lovely! Christine was bubbly, friendly and made the experience lovely for us. Breakfast was so yummy! Lots of different options and everything was fresh. All the staff were smiley aswell. We’ll be back soon :)

Rooms were too hot on the 2nd floor air con did not work. Asked staff if thermostat can go lower than what it was reading was told it didn't although another guest I spoke to said theirs went to a lower temp. Have stayed in Premier inns before and this was first time beds were uncomfortable

Very warm welcome from the night staff. We arrived late and that seemed to be no problem. The excellent breakfast was particularly well-cooked and presented by Christine. We really appreciate the attention to detail in this chain of hotels. It's always a good, reliable standard. There's one thing I would add, now that we get up in the night a couple of times to go to the loo, a discreet, indirect light to come on when you approach the bathroom, or night lights at floor level, to enable this procedure to happen safely. Many thanks to all PI staff. Keep up the good work.

Easy access to parking garage under the hotel and plenty of spaces available. Keith made us feel welcome at check-in and throughout our stay. He went above and beyond expectations to make our stay special. The hotel has a fabulous location on the sea front. Would recommend this hotel and if Keith is there you are guaranteed a high standard of service. Will definitely be back.

Stayed for a night as we were in the area for a wedding. Room was standard and as expected. Parking was free 8n the underground car park but the spaces are very tight. Fob didn't work to let us back into the car park even though we asked if it would. Allocated a room in the extension at the back. You have to acces by 2 different lifts and walk half way around the first floor to get the lift to the second floor. Hotel was not full so we could have been allocated a room in the main part. Second lift that gave access to the second floor stopped working so we had to walk up the stairs each time, even with suitcases when we were leaving. Breakfast was buffet and unlimited. Good food but expensive for what it was.

We were looking for somewhere to have a drink and there was plenty of room in the bar as there were 14 of us. We were served quickly by Keith, who then made sure we were having a good time. He was attentive, friendly and professional. To say we had a great time would be an understatement! We will be back for breakfast one day soon.
