The best hotel in Wrocław in my opinion. The location is perfect when you want to spend a nice evening and when you have visit some good places in Wrocław.

Alles, gut wie immer. Top Frühstück. Leider lassen sich die Fenster in den Zimmern nicht öffnen. Parken gut und günstig. Alles zusammen sehr zu empfehlen.

Nothing to complain, close to the center with underground parking which is a bonus in Wroclaw.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Excellent hotel for the price, convenient location right outside the old town center. Good breakfast buffet, clean room.

The property it self was nice looking, the issue I had with it was the service, for 3 days of my stay at the hotel I didn’t have soap, on the second day of waiting I talked to the receptionist which assured me someone will come the next day at 12 and will change it, when I returned it still wasn’t there, I went to reception again to tell her, she was rude but said the security guard will be on his way to bring it, I waited for half an hour and he didn’t come up so I called receptionist and when I asked her when will he come she said he’s been, I asked about the room number again and I said that’s my room but no one has been she said he has and I said he did not come up, then she proceeded to say he might be up in the second and in which a few minutes later he turned up. The situation would have been fine if she wasn’t so rude. The room itself was cleaned however, not properly a lot of the times dirty cups were left. In my opinion the hotel was convenient and the location was really good especially for the price, it was overall clean enough and not as bad as some places I’ve seen but the staff did not make the experience great.

No complaints whatsoever.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Plenty of parking in a garage.
The staff friendly and helpful.
Excellent location where you can, among other things, reach the Market Place by foot within 10 minutes.
From our room we had a wonderful view over the river and the festive atmosphere around.
