Nice good looking hotel on the outside. Near to the subway, 2min walk. The rooms not that modern facilitated. Especially the old school shower tap, really had a hard time tuning to get correct water temperature. The airconditioning is dusty and did not show correct temperature. Sound very loud rattle when on middle wind. The air conditioning can auto off in the middle of the night. Had to wake in sweat to on it again.
Good thing is breakfast is good, nice coffee and noodles.

They take a 600yuan fee when you get there (just so you know. It is not advertised anywhere).
Staff is very friendly and nice and everything is clean.
There are two “Lady Floors” in the hotel.
Breakfast is correct, if you are looking for nice toasts, it is not the place. The rest is ok.
The location is really nice, it is a short walk to the river and then you walk around the park. Actually, it may be the best part of this hotel!
It was a nice stay, but I wouldn’t repeat, the “vibe” of is not my style.

We had a very pleasant stay. A metro station is right nearby the hotel, which is super convenient. The hotel is located near the former foreign concession and near the Bund, which is nice also. The room was elegantly decorated, spacious and comfortable. Many breakfast options in the street behind the hotel.

Great hotel in he heart of Wuhan. Metro station at the door step. Rooms were very spacious, with clean comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We visited the swimming pool, sauna and steam room services, enjoyed every minute, all amenities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was varied, both Chinese and Western cuisine availabel. would definitely visit again 😊👌

前台服務貼心，酒店早餐內容豐富，房間很大，床品很舒適，入住期間也有專門的賓客關係關注服務，最值得稱讚的是24小時退房制度，非常不錯！退房後有身份證遺留，賓客服務中心的小姐姐馬上幫忙郵寄，點贊！整體感覺不錯，下次來還會住這家！

酒店地理位置優越，設施設備現代化且齊全，還有温水游泳池，房間很大，很舒適，視野開闊，能欣賞到江景，酒店工作人員服務熱情，主動，客房服務每天把房間打掃的乾乾淨淨，滿滿的賓至如歸感。黃國偉經理，熱情，耐心，貼心，細心，勝似親人，讓我們感受到家的温馨，點大大的贊👍👍👍

五一去武漢，選擇了這家酒店。出了武漢站半個多小時就到酒店，門口就是地鐵，不到100米，真是太方便了。尤其要好評的是酒店的經理周穎先生，提前半個月他幫我聯繫了武漢市一日遊，幫我預訂了五一當天的輪船票，才讓我們一家四口在武漢度過了完美，順暢，沒有後顧之的旅行。孩子當天生病，還麻煩了周經理給我們送了葯，真是萬分感激。定的商務套房，兩張床，一張沙發，還有浴缸，安靜，温馨，衞生很乾凈。
前台服務也很到位，到了酒店門口，有人拉行李箱，拉車門，進了大堂，有人端了茶水，真是讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。
前台還提供打印試卷服務，真是貼心萬分，下次來武漢，一定再次入住這家酒店。

酒店地理位置佳，門口就是軌道交通，行李員非常積極何碧服務非常好 前台小羅非常有禮 距離江灘和江漢路也近，大堂人員耐心，響應速度快，房間有個客廳，有設計分區，很不錯，房間很暖和，推薦推薦，期待下次再來。

入住當天正好是生日，酒店免費升級了江景套房，送了水果拼盤和賀卡，非常貼心。酒店管理和培訓做的很到位，員工見了客人都會主動熱情的打招呼，詢問是否需要幫助。酒店的地理位置相當便捷，出門就是地鐵，去各個景點都非常方便。房間裏的設施很齊全，我們住的是女士樓層，有女士用品和絲綢浴衣提供，晚上的夜景很漂亮。一次滿意的入住體驗！
