The rugs are quite filthy and have holes in them. The hotel is rated number one on Trip as they give guests points to turn in for prizes if they leave reviews for the hotel. It is not a bad hotel but the rating compared to what you actually experience is far out of balance. There is a foot massager in the room but you have to pay each time to use it. This is so strange. The women at the front desk were kind, helpful and responsive to our questions. One helped purchase our Impression show tickets and gave us great suggestions for breakfast and tea service.
