My property is located in the city center, at Yong Ning Men, the foot of the Southern Old City Wall, a historical and tourist landmark. The Apartment building has round the clock security with guards on 24/7 duty . The room is equipped with a smart password lock, one password per guest, and self-service check-in throughout, while protecting your privacy. The Apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Yong Ning Men Station of Line 2 Metro. Within 15 minutes by Metro, you can reach Shaanxi Clock Tower / HuiMin Street, Shaanxi Provincial History Museum, the Great Wild Goose Pagoda Square, Xiao Zhai shopping districts, and the TV Tower; within 35 minutes by Metro, you can get to the North Railway Station of the high-speed railway. Many bus lines and Metro lines are within the vicinity and very convenient. There is a pickup point for the airport shuttle bus at Xi,An Hotel near our apartment. I recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a very positive experience. The room matched exactly as described in the listing, and the location was quite convenient—only a 5-7 minute walk from both the bus and metro stations. Plus, there’s a convenience store right on the ground floor, which made grabbing essentials super easy.
The host was very responsive to our queries and did his best to accommodate us, which was much appreciated. We even ended up extending our stay for an extra night because we were comfortable there.
One thing to note is that the host didn’t mention upfront that a refundable deposit of 200Yuan was required. However, when we checked out, he promptly refunded it after checking the room, which was reassuring.
I was mistakenly put extra zero in previous review. I am sorry. The actual deposit was 200yuan only.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-located spot.
Additional: Halal restaurant also nearby.

Excellent location in Xi'an, just outside the old city walls. The area has lots of shops, malls, restaurants close by, and the metro is about 2 blocks away.
The studio is super cute, very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped with everything you need, and WiFi is available. Great for solo travellers or a couple.
The host was very friendly, approachable and responsive via WeChat.

L’appartamento è situato poco fuori le mura di Xi’an in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città. A due passi dalla stazione della metro.
Dotato di ogni servizio e molto luminoso, è stato la base perfetta per riposare dopo le lunghe giornate trascorse a visitare le attrazioni turistiche.
A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono una cucina attrezzata, una lavatrice (indispensabile per chi come noi ama viaggiare leggero e non ha ricambi infiniti) e tè e caffè per la colazione.
Teddy è un host gentile e super disponibile. La comunicazione è sempre stata agile e veloce. Super raccomandato!
The apartment is located just outside Xi’an’s walls, near the metro station, a perfect location to visit the city! The house is equipped with everything you need and is really bright (there’s a big window next to the bed with a view of the city). It’s the perfect base for resting after a long day walking around Xi’an. At your disposal there are a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine (perfect if you like light packing and don’t have infinite clothes) and tea & coffee for breakfast.
Teddy is a kind and helpful host. The communication is easy and he’s fast responding.
Highly recommended!

The place was compact but well-equipped with everything a home should have. It was conveniently located near coffee shops and small eateries, with a convenience store right below our apartment. Foreign visitors should note that registration at the local police station is required for the rental contract, as it couldn’t be done online during our stay—hopefully, this process will become more convenient in the future. Uncle Teddy was friendly and approachable, and he kindly allowed us a late check-out, which we highly appreciated.

This is the second time i've stayed with Teddy. And once again, it's been a wonderful experience, Teddy is a great host and his rooms are always exceptionally clean and superbly located. I would recommend teddy's apartment to anyone traveling to xi'an. Not only is he friendly and welcoming. His apartments are almost a work of art and very well appointed.

Really nice and cozy studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was very easy to communicate with Teddy. He speaks excellent English and he is extremely helpful. The apartment is very close to the subway and to the Southern gates. The check in process was very easy. There is a place downstairs if you need to leave your luggage. Overall it was a very good experience. Thank you

Loved the experience here so much! Not only the house was a cozy and warm rest from loud Chinese hotels, the owner has helped me so much with using Chinese mobile apps at the beginning of my trip. I'd give more stars if I could.
