they change our room to sixth floor with tatami design..but the room really disappoints us…shower with low pressure water and can’t feel the warm water…
The reception look simple,but they are really friendly to help out when we ask for assistance….this is the club opposite luckily it close down so we can sleep nicely at the night..

Room was good and the hotel staff was very friendly, but here have a night club downstairs of hotel, It's can't make you sleep properly.

Right next to Xing Cheng Live Theater (picture below), this hotel is just around the perfect area to start exploring Xi’an! The subway station is super close, around 5 mins walk! Also, the the front desk service is pretty helpful! There’s always someone there to help!👍👍 Finally, the room is quite spacious and comfortable! I loved the shower room, too! 🚿 I’ll definitely stay in this hotel again next time!✌️100% recommended 🎊🎈🤩🤩

The people were really friendly and helpful
U get a cheap airport shuttle
The whole hotel- room s smell like cigarettes
My non smoking room was smelly 😕
And the floor was not clean (

The location is very nice. The nearest metro station provides access to the most places of interest. The room is spacious for a solo traveler, the facilities in the room are nice. The reception staff is not only friendly, but really tries to help with all your questions. The main inconvenience is that in the neighboring club the music plays loudly until late at night. But if you yourself also walk around the city until late at night, then the problem is not so noticeable. In the center of Xi'an, I couldn't find anything better in terms of price-quality ratio, so I booked this hotel for the second time.

Location is by far the best thing about the hotel. Well connected to the city centre and rail stations.
Staff were friendly and found ways to communicate with us despite not speaking english. They were also very helpful providing free laundry service quickly and taking care of our clothing (didn’t include underwear or socks).
However, the hotel didn’t meet our expectations, the photos on the website are not up to date. It seemed to me like they were taken a few years ago when the hotel was new. It definitely can do with some maintenance (dirty walls, old carpets, rusty toilets). There is no mini fridge in the family room and the AC doesn’t work properly.

The loft was clean, convenient and well located in the inner city. The staff was kind and ready to fulfill our request. I recommend to stay a few night here to enjoy xi’an
