Gran Hotel Soluxe is a classic hotel with a history and good manners to service all customers. I have loved Gran Hotel Soluxe for many factors about good customer service, location, connection with important places, and beautiful rooms.

Check in process was fast and efficient. The room we had was large. The toiletries were good. Love the bathrobe.

Had a nice few days, rooms were a little dated, but were always kept spotless. On arrival would not accept Mastercard, even though on their site it said they do.

The hotel isn't new, but the staff one of the best that I met in China. They really trying to help you with everything. When I arrived I asked the room with the view and nice lady Gao Hang upgraded my room and I had a view on a city wall. The location is very convenient it's the old town

The hotel's location is good, near the subway station, Clean, spacious. But not much to do in the hotel.

It was a great stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean enough. Hotel location is very good. Breakfast is pretty nice for a very reasonable price though there is no cheese and cold cuts serving which Europeans often want. The receptionists speak English. Overall, it was a good deal to stay in this hotel
