Mr. Wu's Hotel (Xi'an Xiaozhai Keji Road Subway Station)

Where to start with Mr. Wu? Staff, awesome. Room, awesome. Location, awesome. Catching the drift? Mr. Wu has everything you need and then some. An extra shout out to the awesome and incredibly helpful front desk.

A unique and beautiful hotel situated in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. Easy to walk from the metro station but do note it's a bit further of a walk - around 8 minutes. The hotel isn't as central as others when travelling to Terracotta warriors/the goose pagoda/clock tower, however we taxi'ed to the locations easily and I would gladly come back to the same neighbourhood as we loved the vibe. The rooms were immaculate, clean, designed well and very tech savvy with automated buttons for everything, including a wireless charger on each beside table and a toilet that self flushed. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a bigger room for our anniversary and both the room size and showers were spacious. Staff were very friendly and professional, an overall amazing experience and deserves the high ratings from other guests, would recommend to friends and family :)

The hotel also boasted a wonderful laundry room and a well-equipped gym. It was a relief to have access to these facilities, as it made my stay even more convenient. I could easily freshen up my clothes and stay fit during my time at the hotel. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes and preferences. Additionally, the hotel provided all-day snacks and drinks, ensuring that I never went hungry or thirsty during my stay. What truly set this hotel apart was the superb service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. From the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out, I felt like a valued guest. The staff's dedication to ensuring my comfort and satisfaction was truly commendable. Lastly, I must mention that this hotel offered unbelievable value for money. Considering the luxurious amenities, prime location, and exceptional service, the price I paid was more than worth it. I can confidently say that I received a 10/10 experience in all aspects of my stay. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of wow. The super fashionable design, amazing location, and the special touches for my anniversary made it an unforgettable experience. The laundry room, gym, delicious breakfast, and all-day snacks and drinks added to the convenience and enjoyment of my stay. The superb service provided by the staff and the unbelievable value for money make this hotel a top choice for any traveler. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The hotel is really modern and has everything you need! The service helps you directly with everything and the rooms are beautiful! With metro you can reach all important sightseeings! Would recommend it!

The value for money was good, offering excellent quality at a very reasonable price. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was good, providing a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning the room every day. As a suggestion for future improvements, it would be great to have a refrigerator in the room. I understand this is not common in China, but in many other places, it's something that every room typically includes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and affordable stay.

Superb hotel. Clean, comfortable and tasty breakfast. Staff don't speak English but do their best via translate. It's not in the centre of Xi'an but the area is cool, it's 5 mins walk to the metro and is easily accessible to anywhere by didi. Great value for money.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay! The receptionists helped us in multiple situations not only with translations, but also called multiple agents for deliveries or check-ins for us! Additionally, there are multiple food options around. We can highly recommend to stay in this hotel if you do not mind driving by taxi for daily activities.
