Room is exactly like in pics. Cozy place with lots of natural lights located on a quiet street. Location was good with eateries nearby and morning market was very near, just about 300m away. Slightly a distance from the buzzling central (eg. Muslims quarters, Yong Ning gate), but Didi is cheap so it's no issue getting around. We even commute on the 3-wheel motorcycle (4 ppl can squeeze into 1) for even cheaper options. Host was very helpful and friendly. We had a pleasant stay there! Highly recommended!

What's most delightful is that the hotel is right next to a lively food street. Just a few steps out the door, you can discover all sorts of specialty foods, from local snacks to exquisite fine dining, eliminating any worries about finding a meal. Whether it's a quick business meal or exploring local cuisine during a leisure trip, this location perfectly satisfies every need. Overall, this hotel achieves an exceptional balance in service, comfort, location, and amenities. Every stay leaves a lasting impression, making it undoubtedly the top accommodation choice when visiting this city, and I will continue to recommend it to all my friends!

This was a fantastic stay! First off, the hotel's location is excellent, right by a Metro Line 2 exit, close to the Bell and Drum Towers, and just a hundred meters from the Muslim Quarter. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

The hotel staff was able to upgrade my room to a window room for an extra 99CNY. The rooms are large and spacious, there is laundry in the building and a small gym. The location is perfectly central to the city- I walked almost everywhere. My favorite part of the room was the small table where I could eat or drink tea (pictured below) and the modern stylish decorations in the room (pictured below, artwork).

I stayed here for two nights during my trip to Xi'an. The room was great, and the location was excellent, near Andingmen. The hotel is also very close to the subway, only about a hundred meters away. The service was quite good, and it offered great value for money. There was a small, unforeseen issue during my stay, but the hotel resolved it very quickly, which I really appreciated. They even sent some pretty little snacks!

I'm so lucky to have found such a quiet and elegant hotel in the bustling city! I especially love the lantern wall in the fifth-floor courtyard. It's so dreamy when it's lit up with warm lights at night, a world away from the hustle and bustle outside. It's so relaxing to stay here. The room was also perfect for me: simple yet cozy, and kept clean and tidy. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and they provided toiletries, including facial cleanser and body lotion. The owner was so thoughtful! They even had a smart toilet and a giant screen projector; every detail was meticulously thought out for your comfort. It was a peaceful and quiet night, and I slept soundly. The housekeeping service was also excellent: patient and efficient. I had a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle!

.......if you are planning for Xi'an trip and are looking for accommodation, look no further - Da Tang Yin is the place to put up at. Still, if you need reassurance: read through the many reviews about it and you'll be assured to stay at the place. Of course, on the first day - you'll have to search a little for the location at one of the alleys in the Muslim Quarter (your point of reference will be the Great Mosque of Xi'an). Thereafter, it's convenient as it really is in the Muslim Quarter - literally it is!! And if you are bringing trolley luggage and are staying at its highest 04th floor, it will be a struggle to bring it up as there are no lifts. But the owner, is ever willing to help you with it. Since it's about the owner we are talking about: your communication with him starts even before you stay at his homestay via wechat - that's where if you need directions to come over to his homestay - or even need his help to fetch you from the airport or railway station, he would oblige and ensure you would be in good hands to arrive to his homestay safely. That goes the same with sight-seeing around Xi'an - he would be ever willing to help you book tickets and give you valuable advice going about it. .......this is the advantage of staying at Da Tang Yin - you have a very honest, helpful and respectful owner who would go the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay in Xi'an. With that, his homestay is also kept clean and comfortable for you throughout. An absolute hidden gem of a B&B! Location: Perfectly situated in the heart of the Muslim Quarter, super close to the subway exit. Room: The owner is incredibly detail-oriented and puts a lot of thought into everything. Ambiance: The outdoor garden at Jianxian (Jianxian's outdoor garden) was the highlight for me. It was raining during the National Day holiday, and just lying on the swing out there, brewing a pot of tea, was more relaxing than being at any tourist spot. It created such a wonderful atmosphere. Despite being in a bustling area, it was incredibly quiet at night. I slept so soundly and peacefully. It's hard to believe how noisy it was downstairs, yet how tranquil the rooms upstairs were! Details: Because of the rain, I was worried my clothes wouldn't dry. I asked the owner if the washing machine had a dryer, and they said no. But then, the owner immediately bought a clothes dryer and placed it in the courtyard beforehand. This genuinely solved the problem of damp clothes in the rainy weather. I originally booked two nights, but I was considering canceling one to stay near the airport because of an early morning flight. However, after seeing the beautiful courtyard, I immediately decided to stay both nights. This courtyard is worth the early morning flight; it deserved that extra night's stay!

I found the hotel stay quite comfortable. The location to the local shops and metro was very convenient. All essentials and room were serviced daily. The daily breakfast, which i bought separately was of a high standard. The only negatives are there was no in room WiFi as stated in the amenities (this was provided by my previous hotel in Beijing in checkin). The other inconvenience is having to carry my heavy luggage up 20 steps from the Bell Tower metro station exit to reach the hotel entrance. As the hotel entrance is not directly in front of a driver pickup zone, I had to arrange for tour pickups from West street.

The location and overall environment are absolutely top-notch. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower, and a mere fifty meters left out the door leads directly to the Muslim Quarter. The lobby even has an area for traditional Hanfu makeup and styling. The minimalist modern decor, warm color schemes, and sophisticated lighting design make you feel relaxed the moment you step in. It's a tranquil oasis in the bustling city, with excellent soundproofing ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, undisturbed by outside noise. The room amenities are incredibly thoughtful and detailed. The spacious and bright room features an international brand mattress so soft and comfortable you'll want to stay in bed, along with practical amenities like a 65-inch TV and a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the smart toilet and bathrobes truly speak to the quality. The provision of slippers for both seniors and children shows an extra touch of consideration. Furthermore, the hotel's public facilities are also comprehensive; the self-service laundry room on the rooftop is fully equipped with washing machines, dryers, and various toiletries, and there's also a gym, meeting all kinds of needs. Staying here allows you to immerse yourself in the charm of the Tang Dynasty while enjoying the convenience of modern facilities. The value for money is absolutely outstanding!
