My first visit to Xi'an was during the Chinese New Year holiday right after the pandemic restrictions were lifted, and I chose the W Hotel back then. Honestly, though, the W's style wasn't quite my favorite at the time. Although I've had many business trips to Xi'an since, mostly in the Gaoxin area, I haven't stayed at the W again until now. This time, however, my business trip coincided with Trip.com's 'One City, One Room' promotion, and I re-booked the W. I found the experience even better than last time; the service attitude and quality were outstanding. The front desk staff, Ella, proactively offered an air purifier, which was a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast truly lives up to its reputation as Trip.com's number one food hotel in Xi'an. I've been recommending the oil-splashed noodles and mini buns from their breakfast to all my friends from out of town. Overall, it's significantly better than the Ritz, which is also on the same list. The PBX staff were also very gentle and efficient, responding promptly. The hotel's location is excellent as well, making travel convenient. I will definitely be back again.

The location is absolutely unbeatable! Datang Everbright City is right downstairs. I stayed in Xi'an for four days; the first two nights were at the Ritz, and for the latter two, I chose the Westin because I wanted to experience Hanfu makeup and styling nearby. When checking in, I specifically requested a quiet room, and they gave me one facing the inner courtyard, which was very peaceful and beautiful. A big thank you to Candy! Comparing the two hotels, the Ritz clearly has a newer and more modern decor. The Westin feels a bit dated and has more of a traditional Chinese style. Due to time constraints, I didn't get a chance to use the complimentary museum tickets. This hotel is a great choice if you want to explore and take photos in Datang Everbright City at night.

Whenever I visit Xi'an, I always stay at the Meilihao Hotel because of its excellent location, warm and attentive staff, and spacious rooms with fantastic views. Plus, both breakfast and the late-night snacks are delicious! They even offer unlimited complimentary mineral water, which you won't find at other hotels! I definitely have to give a thumbs up to Meilihao! 👍

Traveling to Xi'an, a friend recommended the W Hotel, but I'm really tired of the 'nightclub vibe.' Influenced by Dr. Shepherd's recommendation, I still chose to stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an. I previously stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Jiuzhaigou, and the experience was undoubtedly breathtaking. This was my first time staying at an urban Ritz-Carlton hotel, and I can say that from the personalized butler service and impeccable hygiene to the hardware and the club lounge, which The Ritz-Carlton is most proud of, it was truly a home-away-from-home experience. The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an, reportedly opened in 2020, so it's been five years, but the hardware shows no signs of aging, indicating the hotel's significant investment in maintenance. The cleanliness is also impeccable, and my favorite remains The Ritz-Carlton's bedding. This time, I booked an Executive King Room, and the hotel upgraded me to an Executive Suite based on availability. The larger and more comfortable space was very satisfying. In particular, the bathroom was very spacious and felt entirely un-cramped. The bathroom fixtures are TOTO, and the toiletries are from Diptyque's Fig collection. The room featured many design elements blended with the city of Xi'an, but what I want to praise most is the elevator lobby design (it makes you want to linger and wait longer). Special praise for the butler service: I've heard many complaints about Marriott's butler service being nominal, but I truly experienced it at The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an. Before check-in, I received a call asking about my preferences. Upon arrival, the butler personally came downstairs to greet me, offered a discount on part of the Mini Bar, and presented a custom Xi'an Terracotta Warrior small lion. After check-in, they also gave me a tour of the hotel's restaurants and wellness facilities, which greatly helped me get a better and more comprehensive understanding of the hotel. I later learned that my butler was an intern, but their professionalism and hospitality could easily rival that of a full-time employee. Regarding the laundry service: Laundry service was included in my package, and the service was truly meticulous and professional. More praise for the Executive Lounge: The Ritz-Carlton's Executive Lounge is a signature feature of the hotel, truly allowing for 'five meals a day.' Starting from afternoon tea, through evening happy hour, and extending to brunch, it's essentially an all-day offering. However, during the off-season, the lounge had fewer people, and while the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was very quiet. For a full hotel breakfast experience, I'd still recommend going to the 3rd floor. The two service staff in the lounge were also very attentive, truly delivering service with a smile! The Ritz-Carlton Xi'an's lounge is genuinely enormous, with interconnected floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of Xi'an. If your budget allows, I highly recommend an executive room, as the lounge privileges are simply irresistible. Finally, a sincere thank you to my private butler, Bruce, for providing me with a perfect stay! The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an, deserves a full five-star rating.

The room was clean and tidy. I chose the king-size bed room with double breakfast, and after comparing prices, Trip.com offered the best deal. One particularly great thing was that if the bottled water in the room wasn't enough, you could ask the service staff for more, and they usually provided it. Later, the cleaning lady just started leaving us four bottles every day. However, the facilities are a bit old, but they generally meet all needs. Most importantly, the location is excellent; it's very close to the Grand Tang Mall and a short taxi ride to the Shaanxi History Museum, Bell Tower, and Drum Tower. Life is very convenient here. Highly recommended!

It's great. We upgraded the room type for free and also got free breakfast. All the staff in the hotel are very nice. The air conditioning works very well. They also provide afternoon tea and midnight snacks every day. I will continue to stay here when I come to Xi'an in the future.

Traveling with my family, choosing this hotel truly added so much joy to our trip. Its location is unbeatable, very close to the surrounding scenic spots, which made our travel plans incredibly convenient. The hotel staff proactively contacted us before our arrival to meticulously reserve our room, and upon check-in, they prepared fresh fruit and thoughtful small gifts for us. These small details really made us feel their care and attentiveness. The cleanliness of the room was reassuring, and the decor was perfectly to my taste; both for taking photos and for the living experience, it was fantastic. My whole family raved about it, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit!

Everything is good. They only have one washing machine and heater. So we need to wait for some time to wash our cloths as we stay over there for one weeks. Remarkable service from Soon Xiao Ni and the crew provide daily breakfast. She is professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness made a big difference. I truly appreciate her dedication to her works.

Location at center of center in town, shopping and food center within 1min walking distance. Will come back here again for sure. I took my child to play, and I originally chose another five-star hotel nearby. That night, I found that all aspects did not meet the requirements, the child did not like it, and the air was not fresh, so I wanted to change a hotel. That night, I saw that this hotel had no rooms, so I booked a room for the next day. I originally wanted to book a larger king-size bed room. I saw online reviews that it could be upgraded, so I tried to contact the hotel. Unexpectedly, Xiao Kou arranged it when she heard that I was bringing a child. To be honest, I changed it unintentionally. I thought that if the child did not like it, I would continue to change it, but I stayed there for 3 consecutive days. First of all, let me talk about the first check-in. After contacting Xiao Kou, she was very careful and arranged a good room. After the room was arranged, she contacted us quickly, and came to live directly. Knowing that we were bringing children, she also prepared various small gifts for the children, which was very considerate. The check-in staff were very polite. Of course, this is a must for five stars. It is worth praising that the hotel took the initiative to install a protective fence next to the bed in the room after check-in. Various toiletries were also prepared for the children. The children were very happy. In fact, these small gifts are nothing to us, but the children like them. People are very thoughtful and considerate. This feeling is different. The hotel is surrounded by small villages, and it is very convenient to eat, drink, play, and shop. SKP is also very close. If you bring children, you can take a double-decker bus. We took a round trip and the children were very happy. The Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps and the ancient city wall are not far away. It is very convenient to drive, take a taxi, or take the subway. In addition, on the fourth day, the child fell and scratched his arm when he went out. The first thing I thought of was the hotel. I asked Xiao Kou for help, and he helped me with anti-inflammatory bandages in time. How should I put it? Maybe everyone feels differently. You may feel that staying in this hotel is normal. But you will never feel disappointed. It will be more considerate and comfortable. In short, you can find the staff if you have reasonable needs. They will not be stingy.
