Anybay Hotel

Pros: The hotel has a great location : it is located right on the beach. Sea view rooms are good. Cons: Staff at the front desk or the restaurant reception isn’t very well trained. Food at the restaurant wasn’t great.

Peaceful area

I opted for a non-ocean view room. Rooms with views are literally triple the price of those without. I was initially a bit underwhelmed upon check-in. Room was tired, and less than perfectly pristine. But I stayed several nights and I have to say I conclude it’s a pretty good value. Beach is only a few minutes walk out the door, air conditioning was powerful (a MUST in Xiamen in July) and there’s plenty of hot water. There are also a number of convenient shops and nice little restaurants in the immediate vicinity. If you need a more luxurious room you’d better opt for an ocean view. But if you just want a convenient location at an excellent price near the beach, this property offers good value. Staff were kind and efficient.

Book this hotel for the views (panaramic sea view rooms only) not for the service. Reception was surprisingly unfriendly and unwiling to communicate with foreigners, unprepared to deal with foreign passports/confused by visas. Felt unwelcome from the beginning. Can't fault the location or the view. Breakfast was fine. Rooms were run down (stained carpets and dirty windows). Again, not sure you'll find another hotel with such close proximity to the beach, so that is a positive.

I liked this place. They took me to my room. I stayed on the second floor. When I walked in there was a small water stain on the wall but it wasn't a bad room. It was nice for the price and they even gave me a partial ocean view, so i appreciated that. When you walk through the lobby and by the restaurant it goes onto the beach. The beach is ok and it was nice the restaurant looked onto the beach. I would stay there again.

The hotel room was modern and very spacious, and the location was beautiful. The staff was friendly and accepting of foreigners.

環境：出門就是海灘，步行就到黃厝沙灘，實在是太方便了～騎車就能到曾厝垵，打車也方便，贊！ 設施：餐廳就餐環境非常舒適，早餐非常好，住了幾天晚餐也都在餐廳吃了，味道非常不錯，價位合理。 衞生：整體衞生是非常不錯的。

酒店位於環島路邊進明寺一條小路下去就到了，離曾厝垵，白城，都很近，酒店門口就有一片沙灘，遠離商業區，景色美，非常安靜。餐廳的東西也超好吃，價格合理，自助早餐的沙茶麪是在廈門吃到最好吃的，品種很豐富，服務態度也特別温馨！
