When I was checking in at front desk, Rachel Fang welcomed me warmly and offered to connect me with WeChat, She told me that her Chinese name was easy to remember and much like QQ, She has a great memory, and every day I walk by the lobby she always comes over and greets me，During my stay, she was always nice and ready to help whenever I needed,She introduced me a lot with enthusiasm and patience,This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Xiamen，I’ve been to many hotels in different，countries,Stayed in a lot of hotels，Rachel has a really sweet smile，Her big eyes make people feel gentle and cute， makes me feel like home, next time I would choose Intercontinental again because of Rachel

Very nice hotel, very close to the beach and convention centers. Nice hotel rooms. However far from city center.

Nice hotel but location wise not very close to the mall. Overall this hotel is worth to stay if you are not looking for shopping.

Unforgetable experience. Staff really friendly since the beginning, Rachel and Hellen were extraordinary and top of the top, 5 star service. You will not find any better hotel in Xiamen
