房間佈局合理，地理位置優越，和博物館僅一步之遙，酒店新裝修，住得很舒適。
我們是晚上入住的，由於房間對面有人在打麻將比較吵，跟前台反應後把兩個房間都升級為套房，而且就在對門，很方便照顧長者和小孩，客房的服務是很到位的，處理及時，反應也很快。
唯一不足是酒店的早餐，酒店的餐飲和其配備的級別極不匹配。早餐品種少，而且用完基本不補，兩天早餐都沒有吃好，感覺跟飯堂靠搶差別不大，而且餐具沒有配備，用湯勺開抹開麪包上的牛油，找刀具或者麪包刀都沒有。這個早餐不要説房費是否包含？就是含了也拉低了房間服務的價值。建議酒店餐飲部要好好培訓提升服務。

這個必須好評。
環境非常不錯，酒店設施也很新，有獨立開闊停車場，停車方便。我住過很多四星五星級酒店，麗怡明顯是夠不上四星標準，雖然但是麗怡明顯比錦江之星或者城市便捷之類的經濟型酒店高出一個檔次，二百多不管在旺季淡季都算划算，現在春節期間這個價格就屬於性價比很高了。
關鍵是酒店還很貼心免費幫忙從無窗無早升級成帶窗雙早，這個説實話非常感動，格局一下就打開了。
再説回來，酒店的熱乾麪是真不錯，炒粉也好吃。

帶家人來赤壁玩，在咸寧住一晚，攜程上看了這個酒店評分高就預訂了！果然是超出預期，服務好，環境好。大堂乾淨整潔，在辦理入住時，家人在大廳喝了一杯咖啡。不僅早餐豐富，還有簡單貼心的宵夜！

整體環境很好，位置便利，有停車場，樓下有便利店，酒店客房設施不錯，早餐符合價位，健身房很完善，在客房有些小問題的時候，酒店反應很迅速，很讓人滿意

房間衞生整潔，和朋友一起去泡温泉，選擇這家酒店看到評價還比較好，有專門提供喝茶的地方有可愛的機器人送來礦泉水，服務員禮貌微笑，特別是早餐值得表揚，種類繁多咖啡也比較好喝。（特色項目的夜宵需要提高服務，前面兩個人吃完以後我們又等了很長時間，有一點點小遺憾，希望酒店加以改進）

去年開業的，裝修很新沒有味道，前台服務也很好，位置在萬達附近，吃飯出行都很方便.酒店主動升級房間，這點不錯.
