Marriott Hotel will always be my number hotel in Xuzhou. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, definitely will be coming back.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. It's near many restaurants and right by the lake. Unfortunately the pool and gym were closed due to covid restrictions and the dinner buffet is only available on weekends. However, the breakfast was phenomenal and room service was fairly easy to order.
I had a beautiful room with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the glass is not one way glass which means if you want to enjoy the view with the curtains up then others can view you too.

The staff were very informative at check in advising of some of the facilities that had been closed due to Covid restrictions and changed location of the breakfast room. Going down to breakfast was great - some very helpful staff and a great selection of food. The in-room option for breakfast (leaving the card on the door for collection at night) didn't happen - I'd attempted that twice and the card was still on the door in the morning.
The delivery of extra water with the robot was very cute.

Great location for relaxing. Service is good, Bre at the reception was very nice as well as Staff in the executive lounge. Sausages at the breakfast buffet could be better quality though

My room was amazing. I wish the room was high up though. The buffet Christmas dinner was nice but the dinner on the 26th was not so nice. We had left over turkey, we could tell it was left over because we had taken pictures before they closed, & the same turkey was served for dinner the next day. Other than that, my stay was really good and the staff was very friendly.

We wholeheartedly thank our beloved Palmyra, which has become a second home for us during the global epidemic. We stayed in this hotel for 6 months-because we couldn't go back to China. And we can confidently say - this is a hotel with excellent staff! They are decent, friendly, and always ready to help sincerely. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool is excellent, the bath is comfortable, the breakfasts are plentiful, close to restaurants and the cheapest massage on the island, the sea with a beautiful entrance. Once again, we thank the owners of the hotel, the manager, the cleaning staff, the cooks, the security guard, the gardener, the reception, the cooks. We wish Palmyra prosperity, and the hotel staff health! Postscript: we are doing well, the second son was born healthy

Booked an overnight stay to celebrate a birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out.
The room was very comfortable but was hot. Will definitely be staying again 😀
