Delta Hotels by Marriott Bodrum

Great beach and location. we came as a family and having great time, I started my day with yoga along the wave breaker and swam and started my day fresh followed by open buffet breakfast. the thai ladies at the spa are amazing. I had massage of my life. they have food all day long at snack bar at the beach closes 4.00pm and restaurant hours are 12-2.30. Lobby terrace has great view of the sunset, I spent it at the beach and jumped into water again with the sunset

I was in this hotel for the second time and will not come any more. The most marvelous thing here is clean water and beach. And this is the only good about this place. 1. the food is very simple and every day you will see the same. small variation of food. after 3 days you are so tired of this that ready to eat outside. 2. also personnel, the manager of restaurant is rude. One day I came 5 minutes earlier and he told strictly that it is too early. But this is 5 stars hotel;) and it was just 5 minutes. After this I will not come here again. 3. some waiters are helping, some didnt come to you at all, you have to go for water and beverages by yourself. 4. rooms are tired.

The worst hotel ever we ask concierge they say what is concierge, barely any staff speak English food is average service is really bad Don’t recommend at all. It’s not five star at all. Never recommend trashy if you visit you will think it’s 1 star

I recently stayed at Delta Marriot Bodrum, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. Despite its promising online reviews and appealing photos, our stay was marred by a series of issues that the hotel management failed to address. Room Issues: Upon arrival, we found our room to be in a less-than-clean state. There were stains on the carpet, and the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. To make matters worse, the room had a musty smell that persisted throughout our stay. We immediately informed the front desk, hoping for a quick resolution, but were told that housekeeping was unavailable and no other rooms were available. Amenities: The advertised amenities were either non-functional or in poor condition. The pool was closed for maintenance, which was not mentioned during booking. The fitness center equipment was outdated and some machines were broken. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow and frequently disconnected, making it impossible to work or stream any content. Noise and Disruptions: The walls of the hotel were paper-thin, and we could hear every noise from the adjacent rooms and the hallway. The hotel seemed to host a large, rowdy group during our stay, and the noise levels at night were unbearable. Despite multiple complaints to the front desk, no action was taken to address the disturbances. Staff and Service: The staff at Delta Marriot Bodrum were unresponsive and unhelpful. When we approached the front desk with our concerns, we were met with indifference and a lack of empathy. Our requests for additional toiletries and fresh towels went unfulfilled, and it seemed like the staff simply did not care about the guests' experience. Dining: The on-site restaurant was another letdown. The breakfast buffet was subpar, with cold food and limited options. We decided to order room service one evening, only to have our meal arrive an hour late and cold. When we called to complain, we were rudely informed that there were no refunds or replacements. Additionally they closed all meals earlier than the times set, the hotel was nearly empty but still it doesn't mean the timings should be reduced for those guests who have paid to stay and eat there. Conclusion: Overall, our stay at Delta Marriot Bodrum was extremely disappointing. From unclean rooms and non-functional amenities to unresponsive staff and noisy surroundings, every aspect of our stay was far below acceptable standards. We expected a much higher level of service and comfort for the price we paid. Unfortunately, the hotel's management seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns, which added to our frustration , they also became rather intimidating and rude on our final day when we brought up our complaints. I would not recommend Delta Marriot Bodrum to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for accommodation. Everything about the Delta Marriott is amazing. Its situated in a hidden gem of a bay in Yalikavak where the waters are so crystal clear you’d think you’re in an acquarium. Hundreds of fish call the waters in front of their jetty home and seeing them so clearly is a great experience. Incredible food served with unlimited options to choose from (we counted over 24 different dessert cakes!). Staff are super friendly and service is 5 star excellent. The hotel has the best views and position to enjoy sunset. Lots of things to do for kids, very family friendly atmosphere. Me and my husband enjoyed a perfect stay. We would highly recommend Delta Marriott for anyone looking to stay in Bodrum for an amazing, unforgettable experience.

Much to our disappointment this hotel did not meet not only our expectations but also the description in the offer and hotel webpage. It is rather a beach family resort but never a 5star hotel for demanding European guests. The employees in general do not speak any language but Turkish, English is rarely spoken there. It causes lots of problems in communication. This beach resort is located nicely at the bay but in quite a long distance from any cities, it is deserted in nowhere. You are left inside with no choice at all. Regretfully the employees prefer the local guests while omitting the foreigners. This beach resort demands the deep refurnishing and refreshing since it remembers late 90's. However the rooms are spacious and clean, those with a seaview give nice feeling of a seabreeze. If only the lightning is stronger, we would see more inside the rooms (especially bathrooms). The food service is excellent, the sufficient choice even for the demanding ones, a wide variety of meat, fish, especially local vegetables in various forms and types. The winner are the deserts in the widest possible selection. It is strange that the hotel says it is "by Marriott". How far away is it from any Marriotts? Does Marriott know abut it at all? This beach resort should be chosen by families with small children, less demanding and with no necessity to move outside of this hotel. Otherwise you might be disappointed like us. Definitely maximum 4 stars.

Muazzam deniz manzarası ve temizliğiyle favori otelimiz oldu. Premium odada kaldık full deniz manzaralıydi . Oda temizliği hergun yapılıyordu. Yemekler lezzetli hersey vardı. Akşamları amfi tiyatroda show lar vardı. Bir gün canlı müzik yapıyorlar. Bir tatilden beklediğimiz herseyi karşıladı. Seneye tekrar rezervasyon yaptırmak için otel telefonun aldık erken yapılan rezervasyonları indirimler oluyor denildi. Şimdiden yine gitmek için sabırsızlanıyorum. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Yalıkavak bölgesi ayrıca çok güzeldi. Teşekkürler Delta hotels by marriott görüşmek üzere.. 🥰🥰

Marriott grubundan çıkan bu oteli hala insanlara Marriott otel diye nasıl satıp aldatabiliyorsunuz !!! adına aldanıp bu oteli almayın çünkü Marriott grubundan çıkmış ve hala bu ismi kaldırmayıp kullanmaya devam ediyorlar ! restaurant da ciddi temizlik ve hijyen problemleri var ayrıca çalışanların kıyafetleri özensiz temiz değil. Herşey dahil otel konseptinde tam pansiyon hizmeti veren bir otel pişmanlık !
