I feel the grandeur from the entrance of the hotel, but there is a lingering smell of smoke after entering the room. Then there are unknown hairs on the slippers, and stains on the sheets. I contacted the housekeeper and the front desk. Did you help us change the new sheets and slippers? I gave you a small water bar. The software service is really OK.
