Nice stuff and clean area , the hotel is very big with a lot of activities and areas to discover that you won’t get bored at all

Professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!

Absolutely amazing entertainment team animation brilliant would highly recommend reception staff are amazing and very helpful all around the complex definitely would come back food and drink both amazing and the beach club is amazing x

Hotel very nice, animation brilliant and food is lovely and fresh. The hotel staff are very very friendly and helpful. There are lots of activities to do and loads for the kids as well. The beach is only a short walk down the road and the beach is also full of activities and water sports.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel The staff was very accommodating and the entertainment was amazing and got everyone involved would definitely recommend 10/10 amazing stay it has all the facilities needed and the selection of excursions and food/bevs was up to standard

VERY GOOD HOTEL IN A CENTRAL AND BUSY LOCATION. ROOMS VERY GOOD, ALL INCLUSIVE FACILITIES GOOD BUT BUFFET SELECTION THE SAME MOST DAYS. HOTEL OFFERED DINA AROUND OPTION TO OTHER HOTEL RESTAURANTS STILL INCLUDED IN THE ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE. GOOD AND SURPRISED TO ARRIVE ON A FESTIVAL WEEKEND WHICH MADE THE HOTEL AND SURROUNDING AREA EXTRA BUSY! HARD WORKING ENTERTAINMENTS TEAM MADE EVENINGS ENJOYABLE, WILL RETURN IN JUNE 2025.

Our family with kids 12 and 14 had a fantastic holiday over Easter 2024 for 14 nights in this fantastic hotel. Even though it was ramadan for 10 of the 14 days and not everything like carthage land and outside establishments were open in this time. The place was very clean, all Inclusive food and drinks were wonderful and the service staff friendly and very helpful. The entertainment team and bar staff were great fun and really friendly, worked tirelessly from dawn til dusk and all handling 4-5 languages at once! The apartment was fab and spacious, plenty of room for all us and kids had their own bedroom aswell as a lounge, courtyard and kitchen. The maid was super nice and left us towel sculptures and rose petals on the beds as an added touch. Reception and management equally brilliant for help, advice and assistance. Nothing was too much and they really cared about our experience. Security was also very comprehensive so we felt safe both in the hotel, the wider median reaort and the town. Finally we left 2 large soft toys in the luggage room when we left which the kids really wanted back. We spoke with the Tui rep and the hotel via email and they posted them back to us in UK. What a wonderful example of going beyond for customer service, even after there was no financial gain for them post holiday, just kindness and a hotel wide ethos of meeting your every expectation!

Awesome food, reception, bar & entertainment team. 10/10 . Food was excelent, entertainment team had amazing games & was really enjoyful. 100 % I will be back there when I will go în Tunisia. Karaoke games was amazing & reception amability was exceptional.

Very helpful lovely people nice hotel food good variety rooms are very big and lovely entertainment team great people especially Brown very nice helpful and fun person also the barman and reception people go out there way to help you couldn’t wish for better service all round the hotel
