Rooms are spacious but basic, there is a fridge but no kettle. Got very cold in the night as came in april but we asked for extra blankets and it was no trouble at all. The food is what you would expect for the price paid, I'm a vegetarian and managed to find something most of the time .. There is the medina that has nice food about ten minutes walk so we ate out a few nights . The entertainment staff are amazing and are always checking to make sure your happy, Hamza is a great DJ and always has a smile on his face, he is great and will always make you smile. Kaloutcha is great also he will make you feel welcome and get youbup dancing. Be careful when paying the room tax as we.were over charged . Overall experience was good and we had a great time would return only as the entertainment staff was so welcoming x

Great entertainment and plenty of drink and food options .. staff very friendly (bar staff and animation team) Would recommend to visit this hotel..very busy at the end of Ramadan for Eid and provided a great atmosphere for a lot of people :)

Stayed here for 10 days. First impressions of the reception area were good. Appeared to be clean and tidy. The rooms, however, weren't great. Half our balcony door was screwed shut, to which we got locked out the first night. The bathroom was quite dated, and the floors weren't cleaned for the whole 10 days. The staff at the hotel are lovely and will go above and beyond to help you in the restaurant when you can't get a plate/cup or ever a seat. The hotel certainly isn't catered for English guests. Spoke to several couples/families who all were in agreement that the food and service was shocking. The layout of the restaurant made the whole experience even more chaotic. No pool bar is open for the whole duration. Therefore, you had to go to the main bar area, which was gloss tiles, very slippy when wet. The second day, I fell due to wet floor. On a positive note, the entertainment team are fantastic, and without them, the hotel would be shocking. Twice during our stay, there were many guests from outside attending conferences who were then allowed into the restaurant at the same time as guests, which caused chaos with nowhere to sit. The bar ran out of coke for several days. The hotel does seem to be trying to improve things. However, it didn't give us a very good first impression of Tunisia as our first time and most probably wouldn't ever return. We also had a massage and hamam in the spa. It was certainly not worth the money. The room smelt of musty water, not very clean. No clean towels, and no relaxing music, just the staff talking to each other, which wasn't relaxing at all. The pool was clean. However, many of the sunloungers were broken. Great entertainment during the day if you wanted it... but they also weren't pushy if you said no. Had a brief walk to the beach but soon returned back.

Great hotel with very nice staff... I came here with my son to spend a week in April. We prefere to come on a low season to avoid the hot weather and the high season with tourists. Even if the hotel wasn't completely full the animations and the staff was very very good. We were always well taken care of, and always welcomed with huge smiles. The animation team made a such a great job to keep the hotel alive. Thank you! The only negative point we would add was the room when we arrived, it wasn't really clean on the beds and the bathroom. In general we are very happy about our stay and we would love to come back. Thank you all hotel staff and we hope to se you again! 🩷

My name is Rita.i would like to say about this hotel. It's my first time in hurgada and I really enjoyed it.staff are really good.food is very nice. Every night we having a good time with staff specially kaloutcha he is very good.we had a really good laugh and we enjoyed it very much.will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience - brilliant entertainment.. entertainment was amazing .. Kaloutcha was a good laugh, Hotel staff amazing, reception very friendly and polite… rooms clean. Highly recommended.. do come and enjoy highly recommend .. we Did!

The hotel is very nice and my favourite part was the entertainment section with kalucha and hamza. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel it was my favourite experience especially the entertainment they made my experience 10 times better than usual

I am going to break this review down into parts speaking about the hotel, food, and staff Check in: We checked in quite late at night and was still greeted by friendly staff, there was a slight language barrier but that is the case with most people there. They will most likely speak Arabic and French, so google translate is handy. We was given 2 key cards as there was 2 of us in the room. When we arrived in the room there was 2 bottles of water and a clingfilmed plate with salami, boiled eggs, cheese and salad and a pastry, Despite being warm it was a very nice gesture , and we did arrive late. We even came back down to ask reception questions whilst it was still late and he was very friendly and helpful. The only negative part of the check in was the transfer from the airport. We were crammed in a small van, which took 3hrs, and the driver was speeding and all over the place. But that is down to Love Holidays not the hotel. Room: When booking we booked a superior double, this room dose not exist, do not book it! We was however given the best room possible and staff apologised for this. Our room had 2 single beds, the mattresses were very firm as well as the pillows, we had to ask for more softer pillows. There was a Tv with a few English channels as well as French and Arabic and a mini fridge. There was a large chair and stool in the room for the desk. We had a balcony with a pool view, the balcony had 2 plastic chairs and a very small low plastic table. The bathroom was fairy large, it had a bathe and shower head, a toilet with bidet. The toilet roll is very thin and the shower can change temperature from and cold. You are provided with 2 small bars of soap, a large and small towel and body wash as well as shampoo. Cleaners will come daily between 08:00-10:00. They will move your things around, especially clothes if your not careful. Hotel Entertainment: The best part of this holiday for me was the staff in entertainment as well as there small shop, id like to mention Nada and Ali-Baba(Yassine). Nada is amazing with entertainment and made a genuine effort to interact and befriend the people staying in the hotel she is also very good with the kids and is always dancing with them in the kids disco as well as doing activity's throughout the day for adults such as archery and bowls. We became quite close with her as well as the younger shop keeper Ali, he would often give us free stuff and let us off money, as well as being very social. One thing that I personally did not mind as I wanted to stay in contact with the friends I made but others may not like, is they if you let them, put there number in your phone as well as following them selves on social media. The entertainment we saw whilst there was very mixed, some a bit boring and others better. There was Bingo, Movie quizzes, Dancing, performers coming in and other stereotypical holiday entertainment. We did win bingo one night and the prizes are not good, just a selection of random
