Paradis Palace

We have just arrived back today after a fantastic weeks stay here, it has been by far the best holiday and hotel we have been to, the food was fantastic breakfast lunch and dinner, the waiters everyday remember your drinks so you sit down and your drinks are waiting for you. Every time you enter the restaurant you are greeted with a huge smile at the door. If you want a relaxing holiday doing nothing then paradis palace is the place, HOWEVER if you want a full fun filled with activities then again paradis palace is the place. I would especially like to mention wissem, jambo, momo, faouzi, fifi, willy, ska and louae for being 100% on form day in and day out. The animation team really did make it the perfect holiday for us. They have every activity for you, from cooking traditional Tunisian dishes, aqua aerobics, archery, yoga, and Arabic lessons and so much more, you really won’t be bored if you don’t want to be. We will be coming back Thank you so much paradis palace we will see you next year 🥰🥰

10/10 For animation team hotel needs to do drinks with meals not just Breakfast. like tea or coffee with our meals there is facilities already there but covered up they should be uncovered and available to use and milkshakes available all day. non available anywhere at hotel and more variety at mealtimes even though food is good not enough variety same ole same ole every day we hope things improve as time goes by and learn for the future

Paradise Palace hotel is an excellent hotel to stay in. It is beautifully decorated and kept very clean by the hard working staff. The staff are all very welcoming and will take the time to stop and chat with you to invite to take part in activities or just to make sure you're happy and enjoying your stay. Staff will come to you by the pool or at your seats to offer beverages regularly, one member of staff named Kafika in the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience every time we visited, he prepared drink before we even sat down and decorated or table beautifully with flowers and napkins folded into a variety of patterns. The food in the restaurant is stunning, lots of variety and themes through the week. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the beach and ocean, the beach is also beautifully kept by the staff. There is a shop on site that is very reasonably priced and well stocked with anything you could want, with a large variety of options should you want to get gifts or keep sakes. There is also a spa on site, they offer a wide variety of trea**ents that left us feeling very relaxed and is more than reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning soon and bring more family with us.

3rd time at this hotel. All staff are excellent. Animation team work very hard and are very funny. Big shout out to Arbi, Momo, Jambo, ska, Willi…great laugh. Food is excellent. Always plenty of choice. Hotel is very clean. Love this place and will definitely be back!

Not 4 star hotel, food very repetitive, drinks almost none existent cheap tacky larger whisky brandy or vodka, soft drinks coke or sprite mainly, and some juice. The cocktails were rubbish also. The waiters in the dining room were friendly especially the one who works the middle raised section, always found us a table and the older waiter at the pasta area at lunch was very kind. The room, well take a kettle, if you want a hot drink, only water supplied, the mini fridge was rotten (see photos) the cleaner didn't do her job as well as she could (bird poo on balcony all week) and floors not mopped properly, Bath was all stained no plugs in sink or bath, shower sprayed all over the floor, and on one occasion no hot water. I would not recommend this hotel..

Arrived home on Saturday, travelled as a couple in 50s with TUI .we were pleased with this hotel, our room was a standard bungalow , 4 poster bed sunken bath tv wifi balcony, cant complain very clean, our cleaner was very good and like all staff very friendly. As long as you understand the concept of all inc you will appreciate the food here is very good, we have had much worse at similar and higher grade resorts. There's a lot of choice , and some is cooked fresh. Drinks are not so varied , beer , wine and spirits were our main go to cocktails were not to our taste. And there's only a few included, the bar list shows many paid for drinks. First night there the resort was extremely busy with long ques for all food , ibelieve there's an influx of weekend visitors , no cups plates, spoons, rest of week much quieter , although you have no choice but the .main restaurant and we would have loved an al acarte to get away from the crush sometimes. Waiters were all great , Wasseem, went beyond for us in finding tables and bringing drinks thank you. Bar service in beach bar always good, eden bar could be hit and miss left standing a few times while others were served but again a few staff were exceptional. Animation team we didn't really join in but they were all very friendly and we did see a few evening shows that we enjoyed. We prefer the beach and there was lots of sunbeds, mattresses not so many but the beach guy was very helpful. Main pool seemed very busy , we don't do towels at dawn so kept clear. There's nothing outside the resort. A couple of other hotels , mostly closed resorts and rundown shops , I hope this improves and they open up again as it looks as though it was once thriving. The resort is very French orientated although there wasn't any obvious favouritism we could see, some limited English . recommend you tip when your happy to people appreciate it yes you will probably get good service , but we didn't find it expected by any staff .resort was very clean , food well prepared .didn't do any tours or go to town but the taxis seemed cheap and we often walked along the beach and outside.

Really great hotel. All the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Accommodation is good. The food in the restaurant is superb. Lots of choice. Breakfast had everything you could wish for. Beautiful salads and grilled fish and meat. Lots of fresh fruit. I cannot understand some of the reviews complaining about the food. It was perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Thank you Aziz for booking our pirate ship experience and our quad bikes. Highly recommend finding Aziz in the hotel to book trips and days out very helpful and friendly and always smiling. My fiancée and I stayed there for a week and we are very pleased. This is a hotel with the best All inclusive food I have ever experienced, and I have been to many hotels, each meal included at least 7-9 hot dishes prepared on the spot. Here you can appreciate the great team of animators and waiters who were extremely committed and helpful - best regards, Momo, you are the best!
