Fantasia Deluxe Hotel

Just returned from my 6th stay at the hotel and had another great time. Staff go above and beyond, making sure guests are looked after. The animation team were a pleasure to get to know. Orla is fab and we already knew her from previous visits but Kyle, Veli, Eddy and Sam were fantastic. They work so hard to keep everyone entertained. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel and will be looking to book for a 7th time!!!

This is my 3rd year coming to this fabulous hotel. All staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. This year we had the pleasure in meeting some new entertainment staff, and of course the lovely Orla is still here. They all work so hard, and are so much fun. I can't fault this hotel, it's my second home. Would I go back....see you in September 🥰

I’ve been going to this hotel for about 12 years now, it almost feels like a second home to me, unfortunately the experience this time was a bit disappointing. The ac didn’t work, and the animation was boring and lazy compared to other years except for ola, she was amazing

Absolutely amazing, best hotel that i’ve been to by far! The staff are so lovely, caring and are great with kids. There is a kids programme in the evening: “mini disco” which is well planned out and the kids loved it. The entertainment team are all amazing: Katia, Sam, Kyle, Eddie, Orla, Veli the lot of them. there is many different activities throughout the day such as volleyball, water polo, football, dancing etc, for both kids and adults, during the day there is a “mini club” which is from 10-12 or 3pm-5pm, which consists of activties for the kids to do without parents. After the mini disco there is other activities such as comedy nights, karaoke , bingo, etc for any age groups. The rooms and cleaners are lovely and very neat. The food and drinks are so nice and there is many options to suit anybodys personal need, excellent waiters that are very polite.Would recommend to anyone wether your going alone, with friends or family.

OMG , only been here 4 days out of 10... this hotel is amazing from reception staff , restaurant staff and Entertainment Team are just brilliant , they can't do enough to keep guests happy , I've joined in gym , aqua aerobics , water polo etc and had so much fun and laughs . Kyle , Olga , Katie , Eddy , Veli , Sam aka Broccoli , please keep doing what u do , the guests love you , you make us laugh dance and entertain us all day . Food is good and always find something I like . This is a good all round holiday from single , couples and families ! I will return in 2025 for sure ! We had a great week at fantasia Hotel. The entertainment team were brilliant and the food was very nice with a wide variety. The rooms were clean and the mini fridge stocked up every day with drinks which was great for the kids. Would highly recommend for families.

Just back after another week in this hotel the 4th & last time .. big difference from last October my most recent time .. air-conditioning never works the 4 times I've been here blows hot air its impossible to keep the room cool after being in the sun all day, as for the entertainment that was the biggest attraction with the hotel the shows thst were put on every night with Fifi who has now gone .. the hotel entertainment was dreadful & as for 5 star definitely not id give 3 star.. I believe it has new owners since I was last there in October & it's clearly shown in how bad the hotel is run ..they will sadly lose reacuring visitors down to how bad the animation entertainment team .. big loss with Fifi gone it was like a Vegas hotel the shows he put on 100% .. sad to say I'll never be back very poor holiday

Just got home from the most amazing holiday! Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The views are stunning, food plentiful and very tasty, staff work so so hard. To say we didn't want to come home is an understatement. Cannot thank the animation team enough, my kids didn't get bored once. Sam, Orla, Carl and Eddie are all brilliant. Special shout out has to go to Sam though, from the moment he starts work to the very last second he finishes he's energy, enthusiasm and just overall personality shine through. He never failed to make us laugh. Thank you for the best holiday, I really hope we will be back. Mama Gemma, Mr Jon, Freya and Riley xxx

Can't fault the staff at this hotel. Every single one of them cant do do enough for everyone . They are amazing with the kids . Always stocked up with food. I'ce cream. Bar. The rooms were always clean and fresh every day. . Staff work long hard hrs. And are always smiling. Would def go back again. . Entertainment team Sam, orla, and all the others wittering very hard. Lovely lot.
