No elevator. Breakfast was a joke, rock hard biscuits eggs dried out and not very many of them and raw bacon

Property had no elevators non smoking room
Smelled like someone had smoked receptionist was on the phone while trying to service me

We had a long day of traveling, only to find a giant cockroach in the bathroom. And I mean huge- biggest I’ve ever seen not in a tank at a zoo. Was still alive. Called the front desk. No apologies, just move us to a room across the hall. Whole hotel smells of smoke and dinginess. No elevator even though there’s two floors. Will never return.
