Salamis Bay Conti Hotel Resort & Spa & Casino

The staff was very friendly and makes the guests feel special. The behavior of everyone working at the hotel always made us happy. Although the facility was a little old, both the rooms and common areas were clean. It was pleasing to see that the sun lounger cushions were wiped regularly and the cooking and presentation areas were cleaned thoroughly when the meal time was over. Food variety and taste were quite sufficient. We usually arrived at the restaurant 1 hour after the meal start time and were able to eat as we wanted without waiting in line. We were happy to have alternatives such as freshly cooked products and a surprise Chinese buffet. We were equally pleased with all the bars and pool/beach services. With music and ******, we had a pleasant time without having to leave the hotel. Areas that need improvement are bed comfort and sound and light insulation of the room. Guest relations and housekeeping helped us with the bed, but the beds still need to be renewed and blackout curtains need to be installed in the room for a more comfortable sleep. Adding sound insulation to the doors would also be helpful.

Herşeyiyle çok güzel bir otel. Çalışanları güleryüzlü ve çalışkan, yemekleri enfes, havuzu, denizi, plajı, aktiviteleri mükemmel. Çocuklu aileler için rahat. Günün nasıl geçtiği anlaşılmayacak kadar tatmin edici.

Otel temizdi, denizi çok güzel, hizmet iyiydi ******su maalesef zayıf, garson bulmak zor, aynı tip oyun var.

We stay Salamis Bay at least once a year. This time, this one was so good. They definetely level up the taste of food, relations with the guest... The staff makes us feel as if we are all family. The views, pools ( including the closed one), the mini club and the mini disco are always great. I definetely recommend!

I'm here on vacation with my family, we evaluate until 10.10. The food is amazing, the services at this hotel are excellent. Bartender Abdurrahman Karabacak is amazing, mixes amazing drinks and is a party with him. We definitely recommend this hotel, every night there is a party here, everyone has fun here. I love it

Our vacation at this hotel was very enjoyable. The room, though a bit small for a family of four, was clean and cleaned everyday. The food was good, there were plenty of activities for the kids, and the water park was great. Moreover, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Cemaliye Koramaz and the entire I.T. team for helping us find our son's lost favorite teddy bear at the Salamis Bay Conti hotel. Despite the late hour, Ms. Cemaliye was very dedicated to assisting us, asking the I.T. department to check the surveillance cameras, which ultimately led to the recovery of the lost teddy bear. We are extremely grateful and appreciate the help. Our son was overjoyed to be reunited with his teddy bear. Thank you very much.

Helin hanıma ve Abdurrahman beye ilgilerinden ve güzel güler yüzlü yaklaşımlardan dolayı candan teşekkür ederim. 6 gün nasıl geçtiğini anlamadım tatilimin lobbyde vakit geçirmekten keyif aldık eşimle. Sıcak kanlı ve samimi yaklaşımlarından dolayı zamanımızın çoğunu Lobby barda geçirmek istedik.Otelin personel seçimi ve yemekleri gayet başarılı.Otelin konumundan dolayı biraz sıkıntı çektik merkeze uzak olduğu için ulaşım sorunu var. Ama yine tatile buraya gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.
