We'd booked via the application two rooms for two nights, and paid the extra price for the "all-inclusive" (AI). As this is a "VIP property" mentioned on the ********** site, we expected SOME extra perks as **********/******* gold customers.
The good:
1. Food variety in the main restaurant was ok
2. Pool is large, and many sunbathing chairs
3. Beachfront is ok, although not impressive
The bad:
1. When we checked in, we were offered to upgrade to "ultra-all-inclusive" which is 20 euros per person per night. Basically, it means that the "all-inclusive" is really "partially-all-inclusive" - very disappointing
2. No room upgrades were offered, even when requested
3. Indoor pool with salts costs money
4. Food was very basic quality, and not to my personal taste, would have preferred less variety and better quality
5. Booking the other hotel restaurants is impossible, all full
6. Nothing to do around the hotel
7, The hotel demanded 90 euros per room for a late checkout, although it's a VIP property and as a gold customer it should be complimentary!!! I've discussed this with the hotel, they said it's not the case.
8. Night club is low quality
9. Lobby was always full, no place to sit with the family
10. No perks in the room, usually AI includes a minibar or something...
11. Hotel wasn't clean, which could be because of the rain, but should be better facilitated to handle this
All in all, my experience was mostly negative from this hotel, I will not be returning.
