The doorman proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were very quick. Any requests I made over the phone were met with extremely prompt responses. The cleaning staff were meticulous, paying attention to every detail. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The hygiene was terrible. There were many marks on the walls and in the shower. The toilet was inside the shower, with no separate wet and dry area. The smart toilet was broken, constantly flushing and making a lot of noise; it took several presses to stop. The showerhead was also broken, leaking and not dispensing water. I ended up having to use the overhead shower head, which had to run for a long time before the hot water was hot enough. The smart buttons were useless; the curtains didn't work. The internet was terrible; ordering takeout wouldn't even refresh, and loading images on video apps took forever. The sheets and blankets had holes, and the towels were made of non-absorbent material. The platform said it was newly renovated in 2025, but the facilities and amenities were quite old. The app listed it as a 4-star hotel, and while there were rooms with breakfast, the restaurant didn't provide it. The value for money was very low; hotels at the same price point offer much better rooms and amenities. The only good thing was that the washing machine and dryer worked well, but the laundry room didn't provide toiletries.
