The best stay you can choose! Located right next to the waterfall. The hotel has a clear view to it and has a big balcony to enjoy the view comfortably without the crowd.
I was worried before coming if the room would smell damp because of the hotels proximity to the waterfall, but no! The rooms smelled so nice❤️
The staff were very helpful and caring! The lady helped with carrying my heavy bag all the way to the hotel! Crossing the river and up so many steps💔 I felt really bad. So future guests, please carry a light piece of luggage with you.
Loved my stay. Simply the best

The location is really great. Right next to the waterfall. You can also see the waterfall view from the balcony.
The hotel also provide free pick up service from high speed rail station!

We got the free pick up from the train station.
The Hotel located inside the village which need to walk many staircase and quote a distance from the entrance. It is quite tired actually 😂
My room is further up on the hill, the place that lower/ near the waterfall is hotel restaurant and another room. From the hotel we walk around the village easily.
The shower room is a bit old. But room size is big. The free WiFi cannot use even I have VPN.

Great location very near the entrance of the iconic waterfall of the city. This meant we can view the waterfall from our room and can also see when the best time to visit the waterfall is to avoid crowds.
The room itself was huge, but it came with a higher price tag.
The hosts were very helpful, helping us carry our luggage to the room. But be careful of bringing large luggages here, there are plenty of stairs to climb before getting to the room. We had fun, making it an exercise, but others may not enjoy it as much.

The staff service is very poor! And the hotel is located far from the entrance, requiring a walk of up to 1km, which is not suitable for accompanying elderly people and children. Such a terrible experience!

Very good view as ringside to the waterfall. When close the door, the sound of the waterfall not interrupt that much, but still hearing. The bed is deteriorated and other things in the room not maintain well, for example one of the electric plug is not working. There is a small corridor outside the room to see the waterfall while drinking tea. This make us luxury, except the toilet’s smell coming from time time. Great that they do not have smoking smell.

Hotel was closed to the waterfall. Great view. But must many step to the hotel, very hard to lifting the lagges down and up, and the reception help only one lagges and there was only 2 bottle for triple and family room. In the room was not clean , bathroom was dirty. Any way if want to have stunning view this hotel is the choice

Your luggage wheels are in risk from getting here caused by the long rugged way, location is next to waterfall you ll see it clearly but seriously in winter air condition doesnt work well, room remained sooo cold all the time. Facilities are quite old and trust me we are not fussy type but cleanliness was quite bad.
