Good enough……

Very upsetting the outdoor pool was closed. We traveled with our whole family to swim in the pool. They do have indoor pool but that wasn’t good enough. Hotel staff said they emptied it because they thought it would be too cold. Even in the middle of winter Hotels don’t empty their pools. They keep it running year round. Other hotels in Yueyang had their swimming pools open. We would of stayed and extra two days but felt like we were wasting our time not having the outdoor pool Multiple weddings were happening while we were there and because of this we weren’t allowed to eat in the main dining hall and when we sat in a public area we were told to leave because they wanted to take photos. The hotel staff did compensate us with a private room after we complained and spoke to the manager which was nice. But because of this we felt like guests that weren’t really cared about when some photographer told us to move our whole family because he needed to take photos(we were sitting in a public space outside our bedroom. This was our second time staying here and still no hamburgers available yet it’s still on the menu. We can look past all these things but the main thing that ruined our holiday was the pool being empty. Specially for the price we paid we felt like we got cheated

I recently returned home from a 2 night stay in this hotel. My stay was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. They let me check in early as the room was ready to stay in. The hotels' facilities were modern and evidently well cared for. The best thing about the whole experience for me was the quality of the room; which was outstanding. The location is some distance away from the centre of Yueyang, but the city can be easily reached by taxi in around 20-30 minutes. The hotel is situated right on the edge of Dongting Lake which provides opportunities for walking and observing sunrise/sunset. The breakfast was varied and good quality. My only issue would be that the 'A la carte' menu didnt reflect what was actually available. Several items were not stocked so we had to ask a number of times to order food on a lunch/dinner time. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this hotel and would recommend it to families, business people, friends, couples etc.

一、環境和設施不錯 二、位置離市中心遠，附近較荒涼。 三、酒店管理混亂，完全不匹配鉑爾曼的品牌: 1、入住兩天第一天早上七點服務員敲門，把全家吵醒，開門後服務員説敲錯了，但沒有表示任何歉意 2、睡回籠覺，半個小時後酒店打電話再次吵醒，居然問是否退房是否在房間。要求來電人員回覆酒店管理上出了什麼問題接二連三的打擾正常休息的客人，直到退房也沒有再次反饋 3、退房後電話聯繫告知訂單看錯沒有收房費，又要求加微信發二維碼補繳房費 4、既然加了微信就順便投訴了前面一二描述情況，這次接到道歉電話了，讓提供地址給孩子寄個吉祥物，考慮到當天早上孩子被吵醒後哭鬧了很久，遂同意 5、最絕的來了，到家第二天收到了玩偶，酒店居然發的順豐到付！！！恐怕這一個手掌大的玩偶也不值18元郵費吧！！！ 四、親子房設施質量不過關:入住進房間即發現小帳篷一根支架是斷的，要求工作人員儘快來撤走，否則很可能傾倒砸到孩子

應該是岳陽最好的酒店了，位置有點偏，周邊沒什麼商業，能點外賣，就在洞庭湖邊上，景色不錯，距離岳陽樓和熊貓苑都衹需要自駕十幾分鍾。酒店停車區域很大，服務態度特別好，從前台到普通的服務員都特別有禮貌，有需求都響應及時。房間大小合適，部分洗漱用品需要向酒店要，不會主動提供，可能是當地政策的原因。夏天建議住一樓的泳池房。平時如果要看湖景的話，四樓能看到一些，最好定五樓以上的房間行政景觀房。早餐豐富，補充及時，及時滿客也沒有感覺擁擠。酒店的自助晚餐還不錯。室內泳池不錯。 不足的地方在於地下停車場不能直接到房間，要先到二樓大堂，再換電梯，不太方便。找酒店要小童洗漱的套裝，給了成人的牙膏牙刷。小童樂園太小了，除了滑梯沒有其他的，而且沒人管理，裏面樓梯這些地方軟包不到位，存在一定的安全隱患，陪自家小孩玩的時候，看到無人帶的小孩隨意爬很高，沒工作人員制止，比較危險。

酒店佔地面積廣闊，房間寬敞乾淨，停車方便，早餐品種繁多，服務人員素質均較高。雖然地理位置上偏了一些，但可以看得出來是岳陽生意很好的酒店（滿房了）。此次行程匆忙，未及深入體驗，希望有機會二刷😄

唯一優點：房間比較大 地理位置：前不着村後不着店，方圓兩公里都無餐飲商店 酒店衞生：差勁，辦理入住出去玩了，晚上回到酒店，床上有衹小蜘蛛，自己弄出去了。衞生間有蠕蟲，床底下有撲克牌。 餐飲：自助早餐難吃 最主要的孩子還不知道被什麼咬了，一直喊癢，才發現腳都腫了，我真的是生氣 再不會入住，還五星酒店，噁心🤢

房間帶有外陽台，採光也非常不錯，足夠安靜，Nancy小姐姐也很貼心，增加了對酒店的好感度，樂於提供各種幫忙，給我的整體感覺非常專業，可能是節假日酒店大堂人特別多、雜，工作人員比較少，但是每一位都非常熱情，酒店地理位置遠離城區，不過附近有很多景點可以遊玩，性價比不錯的酒店。

設施： 1. 整體符合五星級標準，但是部分設施已經有較為明顯的使用痕跡了。 2. 電梯的安排有優化空間。酒店的電梯是觀光梯，單次所能承載人數有限，在小長假這樣的高峯期，應該多安排一部電梯運行。 3. 訂了兩間房，雙床房的衞生間和浴室，即使中間隔上磨砂玻璃，仍然能在房間內看到，私密性差。 4. 停車位充足。 衞生：還有提升空間，一打開馬桶就看見上一位住客留下的毛髮感受不會很好。 環境：很安靜，非常棒。從位置上來説，不在城區，但對於自駕的遊客來説影響不大。駕車去岳陽樓景區20-30分鐘左右。周邊吃飯5-10分鐘自駕範圍內也有挺棒的餐廳，完全不用去市區擠。 服務： 1. 建議安排房間的時候，在房態允許的情況下，儘量不要安排靠近樓梯間的房間。一進門就聞到非常大的味道，應該是很久沒使用了。開窗通風首先沒有紗窗，另外房間如果不拉上窗簾，能被兩側走廊看到。大床房有兩個洗臉盆，兩個衞生間，但衹有一人入住，安排這樣的房間沒有意義。 2.早餐不論品質還是種類都不錯，且補餐及時。服務人員態度也不錯。
