Stayed here for one night as part of a tour. It's terrible! It has nothing, no fridge, no mini bar, no room safe. Beds are ordinary at best & its in the middle of nowhere. There are some restaurants & Supermarkets about 15 minutes walk, but I'm not sure of the area at night.... if you have a choice, stay elsewhere

The room was over priced compared to similar properties. Only 1 chair in room for 2 people. Ac did not work. Paint was peeling in room. Very sp**** and not homely at all.

A very basic hotel situated in an uninteresting part of town and reflecting its use in a previous life. The Dining area was located in the kitchen area and whilst the meals were quite adequate and wholesome, and drinks inexpensive, the ambiance was poor. Our room was basic, bed comfortable, clean, basic shower recess and no tea or coffee making facilities. Towels were old and thin and only changed every second day. Wifi was good! As part of a coach tour we felt it was a poor choice of hotel, given previous hotels were a high standard.

This is a hotel that many tour companies use so be prepared for groups of people to be at meals or check ins. It has most things you need for a basic stay-A/C, wifi, parking, clean rooms etc. dinner add on for 10€/person (buffet), and breakfast included. Nice center terrace to sit outdoors.

The staff was very rude and incompetent. The toilet was dirty and the room was not cleaned. Breakfast was bad and limited.

If you read my review of the San Antonio Hotel in Split, then Hotel Porto is the opposite. Tired, untidy, in the middle of a semi industrial estate, with basically, nothing to recommend it. As a tour group, there didn't seem to be a good word to say for it by any member. While we arrived relatively late and the hotel has a restaurant, it refused the group access to it, because we hadn't made a booking - yet they knew we were coming. Too much trouble it would seem.

We stayed at this hotel with a Cosmos tour group. Cosmos states 3/4 star hotels and I’d rate this a 2 only so that’s a bit disappointing from Cosmos. I gave it 2 stars because the bed was comfy and the room was spacious and the wifi was fast. The room was also clean. The towels were threadbare and bathroom dated. The hotel is located a little way out of town with not much around. The buffet dinner was wholesome but basic but on the plus side the drinks at the bar are cheap. 5 Euros got us a wine and a beer. The breakfast was also basic so we settled for just a croissant and a glass of water. No black tea to be found. The only fruit on offer was a large bowl of tinned fruit . We were disappointed in the Hotel and disappointed that Cosmos thought it was ok to put us up here . I’ll be passing my feedback to them directly .

This hotel is modern and they do everything basic well enough. The location is well out of the old town but it is cheap enough to get there and back by local taxi which reception will book for you. Normal standard breakfast and the rooms are ok but clean.

Stayed here with a travel group and it was disappointing. The air conditioning didnt work well so it was basically a sauna in the room since we were there when it was almost +30. The breakfast and dinner buffet was also awful - would not recommend Wont be back
