This bungakow is located at a quiet area close to Kazakhstan embassy. It’s a nice 15-min stroll to the shopping district of Ilica. You may take a Uber for €4. There are 2 spacious heated bedrooms with 2 spacious heated separate bathrooms just outside the rooms located on the 2nd floor. Each bathroom is designated for each room so it’s next to the designated room. There is no sharing of bathroom. The host has a 3rd bedroom in case the guests are a family and require a second room meaning there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which can be rented as “2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom” and “1 bedroom + 1 bathroom”. There are heater and Aircon (works as cooling and heating) in the room which in an extreme cold weather, both heater and Aircon (for heating) could be turned on simultaneously. The owner stays on the 3rd floor and her beautiful living and dining room is at the basement overlooking a backyard garden. This area is like a mini botanical garden which gives it a WOW factor with a traditional fireplace in the living room and many plants surrounding the dining room and living room. It’s extraordinarily beautiful! It makes one feel so comfortable and unwilling to leave. For toiletries, only liquid shower & hand wash are provided. Hair dryer is provided. Breakfast is delicious and extensive. There are ample free car parks in front of the gate. WiFi is available. Host is exceptionally friendly, helpful, very responsive and generous. The place particularly the host, leaves an unforgettable sweet memories in my decades of travelling. Highly recommended.

Das B&B Embassy Row war die erste Station auf unserer Rundreise durch Kroatien - und hat direkt für einen fulminanten Urlaubsauftakt gesorgt! Die Hausherrin Nadia hat uns herzlich empfangen mit ganz viel Gastfreundschaft, einem Glas Wein und Fingerfood. Sie hat uns von Anfang an das Gefühl vermittelt, dass wir in ihrem Haus willkommen sind und gern auch die Räumlichkeiten außerhalb unseres Zimmers nutzen können. Das haben wir in der Folge auch getan und die lauen Sommerabende auf der Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne genossen. Zudem ist das Haus mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und vermittelt ein ganz spezielles Lebensgefühl: Überquellende Bücherborde, eine üppige grüne Oase im Wintergarten, eine offene Wohnküche - das alles hat einem das Gefühl vermittelt, bei Freunden zu Gast zu sein. Auch die Lage ist günstig: am Hang und mitten im Grünen, mit vielen Botschaften in der Nachbarschaft. Es ist zwar ein Stückchen Fußweg in die Innenstadt, aber man kann den Weg nutzen, um die wunderbaren Parkanlagen Zagrebs zu erkunden. Für Leute, die nicht so gern spazieren gehen, gibt es in der Nähe eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Über das Frühstück haben unserer Vorredner:innen schon viel geschrieben, wir können dem nicht gar nicht mehr hinzufügen außer: Es ist einfach herrlich, von dem Geruch frisch gebackener Madeleines aufgeweckt zu werden! Wir persönlich empfehlen das Embassy Row zu 100 Prozent weiter!
