I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel, primarily due to a negative interaction with the hotel owner on our last day. At 10:03 AM, I received a knock on my door from the owner, who informed me that check-out was at 10 AM. I explained that we had been told check-out was at 11 AM, but assured him that we would begin packing immediately. A short time later, he returned and aggressively banged on the door, demanding that we leave immediately. Despite showing him that we were nearly finished packing, he stood in the doorway, preventing me from closing the door. His behavior was extremely confrontational and unlike anything I've experienced in any of the hundreds of hotels I've stayed in before. Additionally, there was a misunderstanding about breakfast. We were told upon arrival that breakfast was €5, despite our booking confirmation stating that it was included. At check-out, we discovered that breakfast should have been free, but the staff member who checked us in was new and had not been properly trained. Lastly, the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby and was inaccessible on the 4th floor, which was inconvenient.
