Todo bien. No nos gusto que la ventana habitación no diera a la calle. Sólo teníamos vistas de un deslunado imterno

A superb hotel with attentive and helpful staff. It's an impressive building and equally impressive inside with large comfy bedrooms and well equipped bathrooms. The hotel also has a Spa but we didn't get chance to use this facility. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with a mouth watering buffet of both hot and cold options.

Centrally located in town with easy access to dining, shopping and attractions. Quirky furniture, which we loved. Staff was very courteous and answered our questions immediately. We would stay again.

Great location in Zaragoza. They gave us an upgrade and it was wonderful. Beautiful hotel and surroundings. If I go to Zaragoza again, I will chose this hotel again.

Breakfast was nice, personal too, alright. The hotel is not new one, but clean. They have pool and nice view from the roof.

Great location with very nice swimming pool on the roof. Room was great as was all staff communication. Definitely stay here again.

We arrived in Zaragoza and it was absolutely throwing it down with rain! Storm Dana was creating havoc across Spain. We arrived at the hotel and reception was very welcoming. Got to our room on the 9th floor, loved the decor, a bit modern but also a bit mid century too. The vertical blinds were stuck and it seemed that previous guests trying to work out how they open and close have somewhat broken them, but not an issue, the black out blind was out of its mechanism groove at the sides , so we fixed that.😁 I will say that the blind was amazing at keeping the light out!! The bathroom has lots of storage for toiletries and the shower was great. Comfy bed not enough pillows… should have asked for 2 more. The day after we arrived we noticed that there was water dripping through the ceiling (days of heavy rain took its toll), we chatted to reception and packed our bags and moved to the 6th floor, the room was the same just different colours, the vertical blinds worked but we had to fix the black out blind here too 😂. Breakfast was a buffet style and was lovely too but some music would have made it less cold and unwelcoming. Pool area was ok but needed some music here too …and a bar. All in all ….we would definitely stay here again, it has a great location with dozens of places to eat and drink. Zaragoza had lots to offer!

The Alfonso is perfectly situated to explore Zaragoza on foot, very central. Car par a few hundred metres away. Quite tricky to get there by car, but once checked in, just walk or use the tram. Staff are very friendly. Our Junior Suite was very comfortable with a nice terrace, just one chair though. The inside pool was closed and the rooftop pool gad too many people and unfortunately no bar. But no worries, we were in-town to renew our relationship with the City, the Cathedral, the Goya museum and other sites. Good value and a good breakfast
