It is not my first time visiting this place but what made me really angry and upset is that the service changed to worst especially in the breakfast service I usually order breakfast and they bring variety of food and drinks but this time they only served pancakes and I didn’t it ordered it specifically which is weird and then when I tried to reach the waitress they took their time and I waited a long time until someone showed up which was upsetting.. also the amount changed, the variety everything changed to the worst… I’m really upset because I am a regular customer and I know exactly how they used to be better

This is our 3rd time to be in this lovely place. Each time you find something new and great about this lovely gem of Jordan! All family members find the things they like to do. The service is as great as usual and the food is just fab. We will come back again in spring time!

Amazing place to get away from the city and enjoy nature, charming views, and a chill but trendy vibe in Jordan. Service and food are excellent. It was lovely to spend a day by the pool - not too crowded, yet lively. Very cute little ponies as a bonus. Highly recommended!

Great experience Friendly staff Not far from amman Magnificent nature Clean and comfortable But very expensive to stay or to dine And the restaurant and the bar close early, you can not order anything and you can not bring from outside For sure worth trying

Amazing service and friendly staff especially Mohammed AlFaoury, food extraordinary by chef Ezz! Clean environment, affordable prices and lovely accommodation ❤️ I highly recommend people to experience this tremendous place with their friends and family!!

Great services. The place is extremely clean and cozy, the staff are lovely and the restaurant is absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend especially for families. The lodges are extremely clean and the hiking trail is lovely especially in the evening (before sunset)

This is one of the most beautiful places in Jordan, only 30 minutes away from Amman. The view on the mountain is stunning, the facility absolutely charming, staff is very friendly and always available, service is fantastic! The pool is picture perfect and very clean. It is a great place for kids and family. There is a small parc, chickens and a poney too!

This place is my hidden gem, and I can't get enough of it! The breathtaking nature, the stunning scenery, and the peacefulness within the forest—it truly feels like my second home. From the moment we arrive until the moment we leave, the team treats us like family. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Faouri, he is the best if the best 👌🏻 and the lady at the reception Mr. Ahmed, and Mr. Adnan for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of wonderful. We deeply appreciate the warmth and hospitality you extended to our family. Coming back soon

A captivating place, from the minute you enter the beautiful lobby to when you leave. Stayed in and loved the lodges. Plus service was excellent- never left waiting or doubting. From the pool service, to the restaurant and daily help (ex. pick up and drop off in the golf cart). All of us- kids of 1 year old to adults- had a great time. Thank you!
