Nice clean small hotel close to the entrance to „avatar mountains“ lovely employees which were very kind

Great location and service, it was too cold outside to seim, but we wouldn’t love it. We came with a 2 year old baby and it was very comfortable

Very helpful front desk whom gave us advice and best deal for our activities. Breakfast service was good, the boss waited for us and cooked the noodle although it was past the breakfast timing.

Well located, within walking distance to the attractions and bus station. Situated along the main road, well surrounded by restaurants and amenities. Big room size with a nice king size bed. For light sleepers, avoid selecting road-side rooms. Front desk was friendly and helpful in making arrangements to visit the various attractions.

Would give the service 10/5 if I could. The owners and women at reception are awesome! Despite not speaking English, they have a translation app ready to go along with maps of the national park to set up a plan for the 3 days . Helped us purchase tickets and the owner made sure we got on the right bus to the South Park Entrance on day 1. Certainly made our life a lot easier! Location is 20 minutes walk to the East park entrance and close to restaurants, supermarkets and an ATM. Also stored our luggage on the day we arrived and the day we left which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend a room next to the pool as the road traffic was a little noisy.

Cosy little room, but the toilets were very small. It was in a very convenient and central location in Wulingyuan, close to the shops and restaurants, right in the main city centre and main street. Breakfast was the same for the 2 days we were there, but was fine - We were served eggs, noodles, fried rice and fried noodles, sweet potato, mantou, soy milk and orange cordial and corn. There was also a Western breakfast option which had bread slices, sausages and tomato, but we went with the Chinese breakfast option. The air conditioning didn't work consistently, so we had to call up the reception to help, but they turned it on from their end immediately. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out, which was helpful. The receptionist gave us a map of the Grand Canyon and Zhangjiajie National Park, which was also very helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very nice service, the staff helped us plan our days in Zhangjiajie and reserved tickets for us. The rooms were also nice, and the beds were soft.

Maosao Inn was the best hotel for me. Room was clean and staffs was kind and very helpful.My room's balcony's view was cool.Also location was super good and peaceful. If i travel to Zhangjiaje again, i will definitely stay at this hotel.

The best service I have ever received!!!! Our trip to Zhangjiajie was perfect all thanks to the owner, Mr. Dong!!! He sat with me for over an hour in the middle of the night, just so we would buy everything on time, and planned the best trail, taking into account the long lineups. My Chinese is not good and he still patiently explained every small detail. He helped us buy everything in Zhangjiajie. Additionally, he helped us buy the best tickets to Tianmen Shan, and had amazing suggestions for our entire stay. The hotel itself is super central, and clean, with a nice breakfast. Best host ever!!! Every day went smoothly all thanks to his help, thanks Dong!
