Very nice lady at the reception. It was a good stay and only 10 mins walk to East entrance, which goes straight to Yuanjiajie. There’s a washing machine for you to wash your clothes, and laundry detergent for sale at this place for RMB2. The place was clean but the toilet had a sewage smell. Otherwise it was a great stay, breakfast included as well :)

We traveled with our family during the non-tourist season. The rooms are neat, towels were replaced every day and a bottle of water was brought. For breakfast, baojci (dumplings) with tea, boiled corn and egg. Inconveniences: the rooms were initially cold, they had to be warmed up with air conditioning for a long time, as well as wait for hot water. A big advantage is location: 10 minutes walk to the park entrance, 25 minutes walk to Baofeng Lake, close to the Yellow Dragon cave and Grand-conyon. Overall, I liked it

Amazing stay! I would highly recommend. This hotel was very affordable, extremely clean, and the room quality was honestly amazing for the price point. In addition, the location couldn’t be better, it is right next to the East gate of Zhangjiajie, which has much lower, waiting times than the main gate. For the bus, we didn’t wait longer than 5 to 10 minutes on each day. In addition, the hotel owner is such a sweet and awesome person, she gave us extra toiletries,, and even help us find a taxi to the train station at 3:30 AM. Couldn’t recommend more.

This hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness, service and price. The shower area is in a glass enclosure such that the water does not spill over to the rest of the bathroom unlike the other 3 hotels we stayed earlier. Madam Lee is very helpful and we are touched by her. She is truly a credit to the hotel industry. Very strongly recommended.

The lady at the front desk is amazing, she personally walked us very close to the ticket place of the entrance of the national park. She found an amazing HOT SPRINGS RESORT and called them finding information for us and kept our luggage while we went there.
Very helpful local information, great place to go.
Place is centrally located in a very quiet street surrounded by many restaurants.
Great price for a very comfortable bed and very hot shower, will come back there anytime!!!!…

Our trip was a pleasant one and the owner was really friendly and helped us out whenever we needed. She also advised us on how to go about the national park. The first night we were there we did not know how to function the heater but thereafter it was OK after asking the owner to help us. We also got the hotel staff to heat the room for us before reaching home. Their hospitality was amazing and even gave us a bag of goodies before leaving. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

It was a great experience staying in this hostel in the mid of winter. The hotel is very clean, conveniently located in the downtown area of Wulingyuan. The owner lady was very kind and always helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who's looking for accommodation that is inexpensive yet very clean, high standard, and in good location.
