YOU GONNA FEEL LOVED HERE! the staffs are super helpful love the way they treat people warmly, the guy and girl in front desk is definitely someone that you can rely on during ur stay, i love 3 aunties who will provide you good meal and clean up ur room they are amazing! surrounded with an amazing scenery its perfection to stay when you visit zhangjiajie

Excellent location. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The chefs cook good homely food. If you want to explore Huanxi village, you have to stay at this hotel.

A wonderful stay with great views . Mr Xu has been very kind and supportive for our needs . Helped me a lot , assisted with the tours and also with bungee jumping . Amazing staff .

Good value!
It’s very private, quiet place and very close to Zhangjiajie National Forest. The host is very kind and supportive, he helped to book tickets and advised on the route to visit Zhangjiajie.
The room has many facilities to keep warm.
Nice place to stay.

Amazing hotel! The location is perfect , you can enjoy the real nature with a perfect Mountain View! Rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly! There is a very nice garden for a walk! The manager helped us with all our requests and helped to book tickets to the attraction! Highly recommend this hotel!

The room was neat and very big for a solo traveller. The comforter was of amazing quality(super soft and smooth), one of the best I had throughout my travels so far.
The front desk staff was super helpful in helping to plan and give suggestions for my daily itinerary. They also helped me to book tickets to the attractions. They offer free rides for short distances to and fro specific entrance for the park.
Something not to worry about is that even if you don't speak Chinese, they have a translator device to translate any queries you might have.
Overall, I had an amazing time throughout my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to travel to Zhangjiajie.

This was the coolest place to stay in Zhangjiajie. The rooms were beautiful and it was the most comfortable bed I have slept on in China. Staff was very friendly and waited for us to check in late. Breakfast with a nice view was also a great way to start the day! Food was delicious!

Apart from a minor issue with water leaking into the toilet from the bathroom, resulting in a slight moldy smell, the overall experience at the hotel was quite satisfying. The complimentary taxi service was convenient, and the delicious breakfast provided was a highlight. The staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout the stay, contributing positively to the overall experience.
