This hotel is the perfect choice! You will be in walking distance to tianmen mountain cable car. So many restaurants and cafes nearby. As a muslim, I found a halal restaurant near the hotel close to the cable car station. The staff of the hotel are super friendly. The hotel gave me a welcome gift, which was so cute and considerate.

We had a great time at the hotel. Location is amazing if you plan to go to Tian Men Shan. It was location just right in front of the cable car station. It was only approximately 15mins drive to 72 Qilou and 10mins drive to the Hehua International airport. The hotel provided a complimentary transportation service to pick us up from the railway station on the day of check in. It was a really good service as we were a group of 6 travelling together. Thus making it more convenient for us. They also gave us afternoon tea snacks, the snacks were delicious. The hotel staffs were helpful, friendly and approachable. Absolutely loved the view from our room. Sitting on the floor, having our morning coffee, and looking outside of the window at the mountain views was the highlight for us. Only downside was the lift in the building. Only 2 of the lifts were working and there was always a queue waiting at the lift lobby area especially during peak hours. Make sure to come down early before planned schedule.

The room looks exactly like the pictures and it was really right behind the cable car station. Awesome after a day of walking Tianmenshan. Lots of food around and downstairs, MacDonald’s around the corner too. The staff are really helpful and they provide cute amenities like tea leaves, sanitary pads, steam eye mask

This is a cute little boutique hotel located less than 3 mins walk from Tianmen Cableway. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, they even prepare some free treats, heatpack and tea for you to try. There is a nice restaurant downstairs just beside the lift that serves amazing food! Overall good experience and will definitely be back!

The receptionist is friendly and her response is very fast . The room is clean and well kept . There is also a set of welcome snacks for us . Their Mountain View room can even see the Tian Men mountain . The location is really good . Just a 5 min walk to the Tian Men cable car ticketing office . 20 min drive to Zhang Jia Jie East station. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from the surroundings . Would recommend my friends and family to stay if they are visiting Tian Men mountain .

Booked the hotel with my daughter. I decided to add one more day to my trip and they allowed me to add and they also upgraded my room for free. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning lady cleaned our room and changed the towels everyday. I'll definitely be staying here again if I happen to come back to Zhangjiajie

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel! Everything was well designed and thoughtful. The ladies at the reception were always friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations and routes to ZhangJiaJie. Even though the weather was not on our side when we visited, we still enjoyed our stay due to the wonderful service we received and the convenience of our location to the TianMenSha cable car. Highly recommended for anyone who’s stopping by ZhangJiaJie!
