Mountain View Boutique Hotel

Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! 服務：毫無懸念的好評，雖然是民宿，但達到五星級酒店的水平，感謝管家小蔡以及團隊的小瑩和小盈，幾位非常周到的服務讓整個行程非常舒適 設施：酒店的設施也都可以，餐廳、泳池、房間、以及頂樓平台茶室都是很棒的 環境：所在的位置非常好，並且跟着導航也沒有問題，很容易找到

超級滿意的一次出行！工作人員都是非常熱心 耐心 細心 快樂的為客人服務，尤其是史明明同學，讓我們感受到了初來黃果樹的親切感，置身於優美的風景之中，享受美食和傍晚的音樂，非常令人難忘！最後也要謝謝店長對我們的照顧和安排～

設施：房間很漂亮哦，很喜歡摩洛哥的風格，和圖片沒差而且挺大的 衞生：很好，香香的，而且配套的紙巾是擦臉巾，戴森吹風機，智能馬桶都很好 環境：在一個小村裡，晚上一片漆黑沒有路燈，大家注意安全，因為邊上就是懸崖很原生態哈哈 服務：還不錯哦，到的比較晚，有安排三蹦子來接行李，晚上還有音樂節雖然我們體驗，歡迎茶和離別小禮物都很貼心，謝謝☺️

設施：酒店設施很齊全，既然把女生經常丟的頭繩都考慮進去了，戴森全套吹風機 衞生：自動馬桶，冰箱、地板都很乾凈 環境：峽谷裏的小確幸！非常的安靜！拍照很出片！ 服務：有應必答！阿姨們看見我會主動問好，可以説是全方位都很好。

可以説是看見民宿景觀才動念去的黃果樹，哈哈！已經推薦給身邊好幾位朋友了，景色真的非常好，值得在這裏發呆，臨山無邊泳池很棒，夏天應該會有很好的體驗。另外餐廳很好吃也不算貴，值得在這裏呆整整一天，如果有來黃果樹的，非常推薦！

可以説是天花板級別的民宿存在着，我特指服務。各種號稱管家級服務的酒店都應該向其看齊。可説是感動型存在，且自然不做作。 硬件設施呢，在整個黃果樹周邊環境中我覺的算是很好的了，要各種現代化的東西倒未必（像智能馬桶類似）簡潔及實用，主要是其觀景效果來説獨一無二的最佳位置，觀山觀橋逛村色，水清花開賞夕陽，別有風味。 從來到之前的問候和愛心提示到入住後的有需必應，從客房服務到餐廳服務，小管家們都很親切和耐心，非常nice，特別讚許小管家小傑、小龍、小蔡同學還有餐廳的那位主管大姐，送你們一朵代表感謝的小紅花🌹。你們所有的對工作的負責態度都將化作客人的感激和生活對你們的幸運和回報。還有你們把服務做到如此境界讓同行們怎麼活呀！ 灰常灰常不錯的一次住宿體驗，值得表揚一萬次！

非常棒的一次入住體驗.. 整個房間視覺氛圍感滿滿..即便入住這幾天天公不作美..一直都是陰雨天氣..但是一點也不妨礙放假想要發呆的那顆心...坐在山間..聽着雨聲與鳥叫..真的很放鬆... 管家小蔡小敏小羅的服務都超級貼心..還會提供熱薑茶..早餐也是去過眾多民宿中的天花板了！
